Welcome back everyone!! Episode 23 of the RGP is here, and with it comes new member to the show Matt Horton. Matt will be guest appearing on episodes where Joseph and Kevin are unable to make it. It is our attempt to ensure delivering a quality gaming podcast to you guys at least bi-weekly. This week Joseph and Matt take a look at how Phil Spencer has been handing Sony body shots and appears to be in front at the start of this gen. Will the success continue or will Sony come back stronger than ever? Also this week we take a look into the controversy and outrage surrounding the development of Six Days in Fallujah. Matt being a former U.S Marine gives some very good insight having served with members of the military that were present during that deadly conflict.

What up my fellow nerds!!! Oh have we missed you all so much. We are back with our twentieth episode and with it the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X have been officially released. Today the fellas talk about both consoles rocky launch with issues ranging from pre order debacles to scalpers snatching all of them up. Don't have one yet, you're not alone. However our own Kevin Corkum was able to snag himself a shiny PS5 and gives us a deep dive of the consoles ins and outs. Enjoy!

In the news Sony gave us a review copy of the PS5, ok they didn't, but others did get one and we get to see some new features. Phil Spencer wants more single player games. How's it going nerds, this week is more of bite sized episode thanks to a slow news week. Kevin and Joseph discuss the PS4 8.0 update and how horrible it is. Halo may be shipping campaign separate form MP. Phil Spencer says ES6 ain't coming to PS5...ok he really doesn't say that but could it happen? Main topic this week the boys talk about how big their backlogs are and compare sizes like boys are known to do. Also if you could be any video game character who would you be and why is it triangle boobed Lara Croft! Enjoy!

This week Kevin and Joseph discuss the leaked Assassins Creed Valhalla game play, the July Xbox live stream event. Over on the main topic this week, Naughty Dog and their developers and actors behind The Last of Us part II have received quite a bit of criticism and hate mail including death threats. Kevin and Joseph discuss how their is no room for this type of behavior and that constructive criticism is a different story.
