    It's been a while, but we're back, welcome to season two of Strength in depth. For episode one of the new season I welcome Josh Fletcher who has a wide and extensive background working with professional, international athletes as well as tactical populations. Recently Josh launched Career Blueprint and a thriving Facebook community looking at the support mechanisms of practitioner well-being, often a taboo subject within our industry. In our chat Josh discusses some of the reasons behind setting up this group, his company and his want to facilitate change within the industry. A fascinating conversation which could have gone on for hours.     So this is it, the final episode of season 1... it's been great to be able to share some fantastic conversations from highly regarded practitioners over the past nine episodes. Episode 10 is slightly different, firstly it has been split into two parts, 10.1 is an athlete roundtable where I have invited four international athletes to share their experiences of S&C, the good the bad, the ugly. Today we welcome; Lotte Wubben-Moy : Arsenal and England international footballer, who has just been selected as a travelling reserve with TeamGB at this year's Olympics Lindsay Keeble : Current London Pulse Super league netballer who has previously played for England internationally Pete Miles : GB Judo who competed at the Youth Olympics Joe Bell : Current Olywhite with New Zealand Football and playing for Vikings in Norway These guys give a great perspective on what it's like to receive coaching from S&Cs and some great tips on the dos and do nots from their opinions when it comes to influencing groups, obtaining buy-in and coaching in general.     From lawn bowls to the Olympic Games with the multiple FIFA and ICC world cups thrown in for good measure, in episode nine of Strength in depth, I welcome in the fantastic, Seamus Marten. Half English, half Solomon Islander, now residing in New Zealand, Seamus give the pod an alternative take on Strength and Conditioning. Seamus comes from a background in sport operations, often an S&C coaches closest ally when working away on a long tour, he gives great insight into the real world of working within high level teams that need to collaborate to be successful. He also shares so memorable stories from over 15 years in elite sport.
