We've entered a new season in the Queendom, and today Lauren talks about how a Kundalini yoga class led to 2 weeks of what she referred to as her "truth sickness," and ultimately a major decision to relocate and make major shifts in her life. In today's episode, Lauren talks about going back to her hometown and revisiting the very spot she first had sex in at 14  years old. While maintaining a connection with little expectation of a future together can be difficult, they're learning how to navigate this shift because, at the end of the day, they both value the relationship deeply and are willing to face unpleasant feelings to be in each other's lives to some capacity. 

In this episode, Lauren shares the story of how she fell in love with her best friend while living in South Korea, and how she royally fucked things up in the end - not just between her and "the man upstairs," but also with others in the friend group who were affected by her shitty decisions. Once upon a time, Lauren thought she'd move to Costa Rica on a whim. Everything that could go wrong did, and within a month she was forced back to the States to get her life together (once again).
