Just don’t go for a dad bod that looks like an upside down beer bottle. I wish we knew right now how to get in shape in a hurry while being busy, so future me could come back through the nerd portal and teach me to save time. In the meantime though, we’re going to struggle through it so you can take the short cuts we hope to find later. Right now, there’s no short cut, just doing what needs to be done everyday.Ryan drops more weight than Elliott, and continues to lead the race to sub 200 pounds! Find out about my sweet blue friends which I haven’t had in so long...After 4 weeks of tracking calories and exercising, Elliott is down to 213.6 pounds for a total of 13.4 down, or about 2.5 pounds a week. Ryan started at 211.3 and after surviving family visits, is down 205.9 pounds, which is a total of 5.4 pounds or 1.35 pounds per week (which is right about where his goal is).New Feature: Ask a question to be included in the podcast!
