Dr. Ritchie educates us all on a few startling statistics about teen suicide rates, risk factors for suicide, warning signs some one may be thinking of committing suicide, resources to find help before someone does harm themselves, and how to talk to your team after an athlete has decided to end their life.     ACL- What to do to keep your athlete ready in mind, body, and spirit

They discuss what the ACL is, where its located, and what type of situations most result in the injury; how you can support your athlete or teammate that is undergoing ACL repair; what to avoid saying because its not helpful; and what to do when this athlete returns to the gym for the first few weeks.
