You are you for a reason, embrace you and stay true to your heart. This episode expands on my own journey with staying true to me and how to stay true to yourself.
Todays topic is LOVE. What dose it mean to come from a place of love? What isn't love? Love never uses or abuses.Love comes from YOU, no one else holds the power of the love you can exude or hold because it all comes from you the main source of love.
I'll be doing another girl chat soon! I hope my queens + princesses enjoyed this episode
In todays episode we chat about the importance of self care and having a self care routine, when you love yourself you take care of yourself. I break down some ways you can start practicing self care for your soul/sprit, your mind/body and for your physical/appearance. Self love and self care all need to start from within before you can see the differences show on the outer. Todays refection question (to ask yourself or to journal about) : In what way I'm I taking care of myself today?
This episode in the things we should talk about more series I chat about the "victim" mentality, WHY people feel the need to be victims/bitter and how to choose to be BETTER. I talk about 5 ways you can overcome that victim mentality and how reminding yourself that you can never be a victim when the lord is always fighting that fight right beside you.Reflection question: How can I be humbled next time I feel victim to a situation, how can I come out as a victor?
Things we should talk about more often: The immense amount of impact positive & negative words can have on others and even about yourself. I dive deep into WHY people feel the need to speak negatively about someone or something & if someone speaks un-kindly to you how to handle it. I also chat about some real life examples and how positivity, love & kindness will always win in the end. Self reflection/question to ask self: How can I use my kind words today to spread positive loving energy to a loved one or stranger?
Self love goes deeper then spa nights and self care Sundays, Yes those things are amazing forms of SELF CARE but self love begins on the inside. Todays episode I talk about my 5 daily practices of self love because it's not what you do once a week, month or year but what you do consistently that will show a difference in your life. I also chat about how leaning on God and your own intuition is a much healthier place then relying on quick forms of validation from others. I encourage you to reflect today and ask yourself the question...How can I love on myself today from the INSIDE & out?
Welcome to my first official season of this podcast: Things we should talk about more often / we are all only human. This season is all about mental health and psychology, topics like fomo, depression, the collage life vs. no collage life, the fear of not being good enough & more!note I'm not expert by any means but with personal experience + trusting the lord with topics I feel passionate about, he guides me and I shall go.I want this is be interactive as well a little thing I'll be doing after every episode is asking YOU the listener questions to take in your life and reflect, lets work on blooming into the best version of you!
This episode is Q&A style where I go into depth and give some advice on some of your guys most asked questions. Fitness, life & relationships in this one we talk all about it.
In this episode I give you the 7 ways/steps to forgive, forgive yourself and forgive others around you.1.) identify and acknowledge your hurt2.) allow yourself to feel those emotions 3.) forgive, and start to release and let go4.) breath. take time to be alone5.) look back with gratitude7.) love. love yourself again and love the other person or people. -"For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you." Matthew 6:14
Todays episode I am going to talk about my top 5 ways I stay positive, now at time I know positivity feels like the last thing you could do because lets face it life can be really difficult at times... but its being aware that when life gets tough deciding to push through it anyways in the most light you can make among your situation or circumstance.
Letting life be more of a flow, life happens people come and go but what you can say 100% at the end of the day that you're in control of you/ your life. Your mind is a very very powerful thing, once we put false expectations on things and allow the fear of being unworthy or alone only effects you us negatively in our mental health. Not attaching doesn't mean not loving but in fact is the strongest form of love, SELF LOVE.
Recognizing you are hurting is not a weakness but in fact the strongest thing you can acknowledge. Trust me it's a lot harder suppressing your hurt and your truth then just allowing yourself to go through the process, its not a easy process but its 100% necessary in order to be happier within yourself, and in forming healthy relationships.Hope you guys enjoyed and stay tuned I plan on uploading 1-2 times a week here on my podcast!
