Of the over 600+ Jewish laws at the time, Jesus revealed the two great commandments. The first commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. The second commandment is to love your neighbor as yourself. In this episode, we discuss the great calling to be contemplatives and evangelists simultaneously. In his profound revelation of the two great commandments, Jesus reveals to us the importance of communing with and loving the Lord interiorly, which then leads us to and perfects our capacity to love others exteriorly. In this powerful episode, we journey into the heart of April's Libra Full Moon, a radiant Supermoon also sometimes known as the Pink Moon — a name rooted in early spring blooms and the return of life to the land. The Old Farmer's Almanac, which began publishing full moon names in the 1930s, notes that some Eastern Native American tribes call April's full moon the "pink moon" due to its connection with early spring wildflowers.Occurring within the closing energies of the Eclipse Portal, this Full Moon is a cosmic invitation to pause, rebalance, and rise into soul-aligned clarity.✨ This Libra Full Moon shines a luminous light on imbalance — gently illuminating where we've been overextending, over-pleasing, or losing touch with our truth in the name of harmony. Through reflection and presence, we're offered a rare moment to reset, release what no longer serves, and reclaim inner equilibrium.
✨ Healing the Heart: Affirmations to Overcome Painful Relationships ✨
In this episode, we explore three major blocks to the Heart Chakra—two common ones and a lesser known imbalance. Fear of vulnerability can create emotional walls that keep love out, while people pleasing can lead to burnout and resentment, leaving you emotionally drained. An often-overlooked Heart Chakra block is carrying grief that isn't yours, which can be especially challenging for empaths and highly sensitive people. To help restore balance, we'll dive into intentional practices designed to open your heart, set healthy boundaries, and release emotional weight that no longer serves you. Learn practical tools for healing and creating deeper, more authentic connections in your life.Opening music: Daniel Michael

America is sick, and the cure isn't found in politics or economics. Join us on the More Faith, More Life podcast as Kathy Gray and I unravel the spiritual heart problem at the core of society's biggest challenges. Highlighted by the booklet “If You Only Knew: A Guide to the Clueless Generation,” we argue that the roots of issues like crime and violence are deeply spiritual. It's time to shift the conversation from treating symptoms to healing souls, encouraging listeners to embrace a faith-driven life that transforms fear into empowerment.Key Takeaways:America faces a heart problem that requires a spiritual rather than emotional response. The church often fails to engage with spiritual issues effectively, focusing instead on emotional appeasement.Real change in society starts with spiritual revival, affecting how individuals live and influence others.Without addressing spirituality, society risks engaging in battles that it cannot win.Touching and changing an individual's spirit is crucial for creating a widespread positive shift.Looking for more? I knew I was triggered but didn't want to be (of course, no one really WANTS to feel triggered). Then I'd spiral into frustration, thinking: “I thought I was over this…Why am I still reacting like this?” or “This trauma happened years ago…why can't I just get past it?” But what I know now, after years of inner work, is that I wasn't holding space for the emotions of my “Survival Self” — the part of me that went through traumatic experiences as a child and developed coping strategies to survive. These triggers were simply that version of me calling out for love, understanding, and compassion.
Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences we can face in life. In this episode, Matt O'Neill sits down with grief expert Denise Dielwart to discuss her powerful Flow-Grief-Release Method and learn how to navigate the journey of grief with more ease, joy, and purpose. Denise shares her own personal story of loss and the transformative steps she took to heal herself and ultimately help thousands of others do the same. Whether you're currently grieving or want to be better equipped to support a loved one, this conversation is filled with invaluable insights and practical guidance. Here are some power takeaways from today's conversation: The devastating impact of losing a loved one and the need for tools to cope Introducing the Flow-Grief-Release Method and Denise's expertise The importance of feeling emotions rather than avoiding them Letting go of grief vs. honoring the connection and memories Reframing loss to discover the gifts and live a fulfilling life [08:25] The Importance of Feeling Emotions True healing requires more than just talking about loss. The first crucial step is to acknowledge and fully feel the emotions of grief. To move through the pain, you must be willing to confront it head-on. Denise's method involves "unpeeling the layers" - identifying the specific emotions that you feel and why. Importantly, this is not about rushing from grief to joy. It's about honoring the deep connection and memories you shared with your loved one. By allowing yourself to fully feel, you open the door to genuine, lasting transformation. [13:12] Reclaiming Your Multifaceted Identity Daniele cautions against identifying too strongly with terms like "widow" or "cancer survivor," as these labels can cement our identity in pain and loss, making it harder to move forward. Denise encourages letting go of these restrictive brands and instead focusing on reclaiming our multifaceted identities - as a woman, a friend, a parent, and so much more. By avoiding the temptation to define ourselves solely by our grief, we open the door to rediscovering who we truly are and envisioning the life we want to create, honoring our loved ones in the process. [15:36] Shifting Away from Victimhood When faced with unimaginable loss, it's natural to feel like a victim of circumstance. But dwelling in that mindset will only prolong your suffering. The path to healing requires taking responsibility for your ability to respond. Rather than seeing yourself as powerless, embrace the agency you have to feel your emotions fully, let them go, and reimagine a life that honors your loved one's legacy. By shifting away from victimhood and tapping into your own inner strength, you open the door to growth, joy, and the profound fulfillment that comes from living with purpose. [17:34] How to Release Sadness and Grief Simply journaling about your sad feelings is not enough to release grief. Instead, she advises journaling about what you want for your future and cultivating gratitude. The key is to shift your focus away from dwelling on the pain and towards envisioning the life you want to create. This helps you overcome the old identity tied to your loss and start reimagining a new, joyful path forward. It's not about ignoring the sadness, but actively working to let it go rather than unpacking and living in it. Welcome to a new season of Fearless and Free podcast, where we take a holistic, spirit-soul-body approach to healing and wholeness. I am your host Dana Grindal, prayer minister and founder of Whitestone Ministries International. You have found a safe place to connect with the body of Christ, where we challenge Christians to experience the abundant life of Christ, fearless and free. In this season, we have been discussing Healing the Heart of the Church. Today, we are highlighting the need to discuss healing in the area of suicide awareness and prevention. Suicide rates worldwide have skyrocketed in recent years. It is a mental health challenge facing people everywhere. Every loss of life is a tragedy. When there is a loss of life to suicide in the church, the ripple effects can be long-lasting and devastating when people do not know how to respond. This is an area where we can receive training and help to respond in life-giving ways to our communities. I have an expert guest here for the next two episodes to help empower us to be a voice of healing. Join us for this important episode as we: Discuss important verbiage regarding suicide that can help with the healing process. Clarify common misunderstandings among Christians about suicide. Connect you to practical tools and resources to help you be empowered to know how to respond to walk with those in your community who have lost a loved one to suicide. ***If you or someone you love has been touched by suicide, help is available. Contact information is listed at the end of the episode and at the end of these show notes. Our expert guest today is Molly McNamara! Romans 12:15 Says, “Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep.” There is comfort and healing in the community. The gift of presence is one of the most important and healing gifts you can give to those who are grieving. Where you do not make space to grieve and support one another, where you skim over pain with denial and Christian quotes, you will have trauma buried that will impact you in the future. If we are seeking a move of God we have to prepare our hearts to receive it and carry the weighty responsibility. Now is the time for healing the heart of the church, to find healing and wholeness for our own heart, and to move forward fearless and free, to be all He has created us to be. "How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!" 1 John 3:1This week I discuss the healing power of letting ourselves be loved. We often focus so much on our inadequacies, our shortcomings, or ways in which we fail to live up to the calling of our vocation, that we forget how deeply and passionately we are loved by the King of the Universe. If this episode blessed you, I would be so honored if you shared it with a friend, rated it, or left us a review! I always love to connect :suzanne @latteandlaundry.com

This authentic discussion emphasizes the imperative evolution of modern healthcare to include an integrative approach that valorizes the wisdom of traditional healing practices, the cultivation of noetic skills, and the personal growth of healthcare providers. It underscores the significance of self-awareness, the exploration of one's true calling ('Swadharma'), and the incorporation of emotional and spiritual education alongside conventional medical training. Stressing the limitations of a system overly focused on metrics, it invites a reevaluation of the connections between emotions like shame and fear, and physical health, highlighting the role of thought and behavior patterns in disease manifestation, particularly in heart health. Dr Chennaiyan persuasively argues for a transformative educational and practical framework that embraces holistic health paradigms, including insights from wisdom traditions such as classical Chinese medicine and tantra, viewing the heart not just as an organ, but as a central nexus of potentiality and healing. It advocates for a future where healthcare transcends empirical metrics, nurturing a space that fosters joy, bliss, and comprehensive well-being.00:00 Exploring the Essence of Swadharma and Personal Dharma01:42 Introducing the Healers Council: A Journey into Wisdom and Healing02:48 Meet Dr. Kavitha Chinnaiyan: A Multifaceted Healer06:45 Bridging Science and Spirituality: The Mission of Modern Healers20:29 Understanding Suffering and the Path to Resilience29:41 The Power of Asking the Right Questions: A Deep and Direct Dive into Physician Burnout39:53 Rekindling Wonder and Confronting Fear: The Path to Empowerment for Healers50:34 Exploring the Loss of Wonder and Idealism51:04 The Power of Idealism and Vision in Life51:57 Understanding Swadharma: Aligning with Your True Calling52:40 The Consequences of Misaligned Career Choices57:00 The Impact of Fear and Shame on Professional Healers01:13:15 Addressing the Crisis of Identity in Healthcare01:14:43 The Potential and Challenges of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare01:23:34 The Importance of Self-Knowledge and Emotional Maturity in Medical Education01:33:55 Envisioning a Future of Healing: The Heart of Wellnesshttps://svatantra.institute/
