A Podcast by Ax for Ax and anyone who wants to listen...
In this episode, I did into the idea of focusing more on presence instead of time. Attention instead of time. Time is something we experience, we can't “create it”, we can however, change the quality of our experiences through our presence & focus.
Chapter 3 in 30 Thoughts On Living Intentionally is probably one of my favorite lines. I live and die by it. I know that "the way you do anything, is the way you do everything", good, bad, excellent. I believe in being intentional and putting my focus into things and that once you've accepted mediocracy in one area of your life, you've accepted it. So strive and be intentional on how you do any & everything. Purchase your copy here 3o Thoughts On Living Intentionally By Axel Neree

This is one of my favorite lines from Michael Hyatt's book "Free to Focus". So much so that I dedicated a whole chapter to it in my first book, "30 Thoughts On Living Intentionally". With many experiments, I realized there are 5 things I have to set up daily in order to have a great day. 1. Sleep 2. Nutrition/ Hydration 3. Movement 3. Mental Clarity 4. Be Still When you focus on these 5 areas of your life and build momentum, you're well on your way to create great days that'll lead to a fulfilling life. www.wordsofax.com 30thoughts.wordsofax.com
This is 1/30 Episodes Im doing from my book "30 Thoughts : On Living Intentionally" In this Episode we dive into one of my favorite lines "God Only Knows" - You can get advice from people, some can relate, some can understand, some know but no one truly fully knows about what you go through, or understands completely what you experience, no one but you & God. -God Only Knows, is a reminder to everyone that, you don't have to explain, justify or be understood by everyone. The most important relationship you can ever have is between you & God. Rest in that. Remember that. When you feel misunderstand, unheard, heavy, you always have God to speak to and you don't have to worry about phrasing things a certain way with him, he is the only one you completely understands & knows you. So speak to him, share with him what's heaviest on you. God Only Knows. 30 Thoughts: On Living Intentionally is available in eBook format at Amazon. 30thoughts.wordsofax.com wordsofax.com

With all of the pain, anger, hate & division going on in the world it took me some time to sit back, process, pray, meditate & get back to a positive state of being. Biggest reminder was "Don't fight hate with hate" | "Love wins" Experiencing the frustration, anger, hurt & pain that events in 2020 has caused, with social & racial injustices, I found myself falling into negative thought patterns and behaviors driven by anger. I had to calm down and remind myself that I have to find a way to channel this anger & pain in the most positive constructive way possible. Venting our frustration is good, but it's important to OPERATE FROM A PLACE OF LOVE & not letting "hate consume" us. Don't operate out of anger, pain, fear or hatred. That's how we lose. Whatever it is, we can't let anyone or anything steal love from our hearts and fill it with hate. Don't allow anyone to lead you into hate. We don't follow, we lead. We lead with love and that's how win!
Rick Warren asked “How do you see your life” | What are the life metaphors you use & see in your life. I was moved these metaphors he shared & wanted to express that to others. One specifically being, “Life is a trust”, reminds me that everything here on earth is temporary & it’s not really ours. Our money, our homes, our children, our friends, they all belong to God. When you trust God with everything, he entrusts things, people, relationships in your hands. He entrusts you to take care of... | I enjoyed this idea & thought by Rick Warren & I hope you do too.
This episode is a check in with the world from me. Just coming off a 3-day juice cleanse with my wife, I made a decision to get back on the Words of Ax podcast while all the chaos of the world continues. Sharing a few thoughts here about continuing to grow and be the best version of yourself. Until next time. Live intentionally, live well. -Ax
The key in this episode is to remind you that everyone struggles and that’s a part of life. Don’t hope to NOT struggle or feel pain, just learn to struggle well. Learn to grow through your struggles.
In this episode I dive into “Being Great”, the thought and argument of “perfect”, “one way”. There is no 1-way! I share my thoughts on why I believe experiencing the process is most important thing in every thing you do; And how being great is not really being the best thing; it’s really about having a consistent process and how over time applying that process to each arena you attend makes you great. You do a lot of things well & that’s what makes the great.
