Brian and Jason discuss hidden gems of music scenes in random US cities of moderate size. Then the guys welcome their guests, the band Cricketbows out of Dayton, Ohio. They chat about the formation of Cricketbows, the musical stylings thereof, singer/guitarist Chad Wells album, and flyer art, and a few hilarious tour stories.

Jason and Brian chat about some newer bands they've become aware of including Cricketbows, Lizzie And The Makers, Crow Black Chicken, Greasy Tree, and 68-75. Then the guys discuss once again, their love of The Black Crowes. Next they welcome their guest, former Black Crowes, and current Trigger Hippy drummer Steve Gorman. Steve and the boys chat about the trials and tribulations of Steve's tenure in The Black Crowes, the formation and ongoing activities of Trigger Hippy, a whole lot sports, including how Jason's Cincinnati teams suck.
