I upgraded to Blade 2 in the early hours of this morning, and the presets are a pleasure. Instant gratification rating 11/10. It's an arp in motion monster, and I love it. Normally, I'd do a quick demonstration using just using the featured soft synth but this one demanded a preset from EZ Drummer that has the most beautifully aggressive snare. The excellent image is by Stefan Keller from Pixabay. Search for Surreal and Fantasy and you'll find it.

Here's an example of a beat I whipped up. It's pretty un-mixed, but you get the idea. I'm using EZ Drummer 2 here, and a Yamaha MX49 for the synth sounds. This one is also fairly recent (March 2018). It's got a nice open, sort of mountainous sound to it. I'm using this killer program called EZ Drummer - check it out! It's really changing my game because I can add drums to my riffs and really show you the kind of vibe I'm going for. What do you think of the improv over it?
