Showtime Boxing was a great showcase for young talent last night. Gervonta Davis bounced back in a big way over Jesus Cuellar. Did he avoid heading down a disasterous road after August's uninspiring performance. He does not seem ready to go with his promoter's plan of fighting Vasyl Lomachenko. Does that fight make sense right now? Why did Floyd Mayweather push for that? Will this partnership last much longer. Jermall Charlo starched Hugo Centeno in 2 rounds. He called for a fight with GGG after the win. Why was Jimy Gray being such a wet blanket to Charlo? Kevin Lee dominated Edson Barboza, then calls for a fight with Khabib. If we take Conor McGregor out of the running for legal issues and Tony Ferguson out of the running because of health and the fight with Khabib is cursed...who deserves a crack at Khabib? It's between Kevin Lee, Dustin Poirier and Eddie Alvarez. We discuss who has the best claim to the title shot. Adrien Broner continues to show glimpses of what makes him great, but why can't these glimpses be more sustained.
