Welcome to the SoberSoul Recovery Podcast. Here, we shine a little light on the overuse of alcohol and drugs as a way of coping with our every day stress. Each week, we'll explore ways to start, build, and master a sober life that you don't need to escape from. Hey, everyone. My name is Lynn Matti, and I am so very excited about today. Thank you for joining me on this very special day as I launch my long held dream, the Sober Soul Recovery Podcast. This has been on my mind, and in my heart for a really longtime. In case you don't know who I am, which of course is most of you, here's a little introduction. I'm a young-hearted, old soul of 54 years. I'm a counselor, a coach, a mentor, a re-inventories, a sober soul, and a healer. I am a woman on a mission to rebel against this addictive cultural normality that we have in our society today. My goal is to offer professionally, curated, and up-to-date educational information about substance use and overuse, and to help people overcome this idea that if we just numb ourselves enough, life will be better. I want to share the joy, the contentment, and of course the challenges of living life sober. SoberSoulRecovery.net
