This is The Do It For Yourself Podcast. Each week I sit down with someone who is doing it for themselves and chasing a dream they just couldn't neglect. This is often speakers, entrepreneurs, or athletes. They all share one thing in common, they are overcoming challenges and never giving up. This week My guest is Eric Hinman. Eric is an entrepreneur based out of Syracuse NY and social media influencer. He twice qualified and race the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Eric is also the owner of Urban Life Athletics gym and Original Grain, a fast-casual restaurant. Eric has had an interesting journey through both triathlons and in business. Just before his first race in Lake Placid Eric was in a bike accident and advised not to race. He went on to race and ended up qualifying that day with stitches still in his hand. Eric has gone on to have many accomplishments both in business and athletics. I was honored to have a chance to chat with Eric and I look forward to our next one.
