Vanessa Lane is an international LIVESTREAM Video Expert, President of #ViewItDoIt®, and #KitchenAmbush™, a Managing Partner in a real estate holding company, and Host of #viditips With Vanessa. She’s also a self described bad-ass woman working in a man’s world. What’s not to like about Vanessa! Vanessa has faced some challenges in life. At the age of 12 she was a victim of a sexual assault. In a small community word soon got around. Her family didn’t want to talk about it and she was teased and picked on in school. Food became her coping mechanism and she ballooned to over 200 pounds. Then she fell victim to an eating disorder and by her senior year was 80 pounds. To use her words she wanted nothing to do with men and never intended to get married. In her senior year at College Vanessa was held up at gunpoint and dragged to a car. And recently she was diagnosed with early stage MS. You’d think she’d be down, but get ready for a high energy discussion that focuses on the lessons she’s learned along the way. She talks about meeting the man who changed her life. He had lost his first wife. Imagine his surprise when 25 year old Vanessa told him she was still a virgin. Then we get into the work she and her husband are doing in the world of video and live-streaming. Vanessa also shares her thoughts on the way augmented virtual reality will impact live video. This is a fascinating, inspiring, entertaining, and informative conversation. Vanessa Lane  Vanessa Lane: My husband and I have been professionally live streaming for years. Yes, that's right. We produce LIVE TV! LIVE shows! LIVE events! LIVE...LIVE...LIVE! Pushing the limit of technology is our strength. Never saying it can't be done. Always looking for the next iteration. Technology doesn't stop, and neither do we. Theatrically trained, I use my artistry for the business world. Making unique edgy content is my strength. But telling your story is at the forefront of what I do. As an international professional video production editor and project manager, I make sure all the i's and t's are crossed. Detail oriented to a fault, I glue all the pieces back together, making content feel like you. As we all have lives, efficiency is key. Organization, planning, and realistic timelines play a big role in my life, as well as creating a positive work environment with positive communication. With two beautiful girls (who are my world) it is important to be concise and purposeful in my approach. If you are wanting to push the envelope of your videos. If you want to be on the cutting edge of technology. If you want to understand how to do LIVE with purpose and effectiveness. Then come on board. "No", "It can't be done", and "It isn't possible" just doesn't live in my world. We will make it happen, and let's make it happen together.
