This meeting will be noticed as a public hearing and will include a single agenda item titled: Public Hearing on Board of Health Resolution: Authorization to enter into contract with and distribute funds to CAYA Clinic, Inc. from the 2025 Harm Reduction and Prevention Drop-In Center RFP (County #2025 BOH RES-019 / City File #91055). Pursuant to Dane County Ordinance 7.225(2)(b), the Board will take additional public testimony and registration on this resolution. Members of the public will be able to register in the usual way and provide additional testimony on this item. ***No action will be taken on the resolution at this meeting.*** Public comment will follow our standard five-minute limit. Depending on the number of registrants, the Board may limit comment to three minutes, consistent with Dane County Ordinance 7.225(2)(a), which allows the committee to reduce speaking time to ensure all registrants are heard and the Board can complete its scheduled business. This public hearing will be held in a hybrid format at the City-County Building, Room 357 (210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.), to ensure broader accessibility and participation.
