    John Linden is a 25-year veteran in the world of amateur baseball. He currently plays on in the Mid-Iowa Baseball League on four teams in all four age divisions. He currently manages a team in the 40+ division. He was inducted into the MSBL Hall of Fame in 2012; and received the MSBL Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016. He is holds two MSBL World Series championships and has spent the last 13 years serving as the Mid-Iowa Baseball League league commissioner. I had the great fortune of playing on one of John's teams this past summer in Kansas City.
