Hi everyone, we're a group of students and we've created this 'BoredinaryTeens' platform to entertain. (Boredinary - Bored & Ordinary, Teens - is us!) We're not professionals whatsoever and don't know exactly what we're doing, but your support would be greatly appreciated. Our aim is just to be completely open, honest and let you guys have an insight on our views/opinions on many random topics including lifestyle, hobbies and aspirations. We are available on all podcasting websites have an Instagram, YT & TikTok page @boredinaryteens Thanks and we hope you enjoy listening to our podcasts!
Following up on the previous episode (make sure to give that a listen before tuning in to this one) we delve further into the real build up towards the Palestine of today. What's going on is horrific but we have the privilege to switch off our phones and turn to the positives in our lives. There isn't any sort of reprieve for the people of Palestine, this is the world that they have to wake up to every single day. Please continue to use this privilege to spread awareness about what's going on, it really goes a long way. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free. P Please share this around to help us reach more people and spread awareness on this extremely important yet misunderstood topic! Full timeline of Palestine's history: https://interactive.aljazeera.com/aje/palestineremix/timeline_main.html Links if you want to do more research: https://free-palestine.carrd.co/#howtohelp , https://www.amnesty.org/en/countries/middle-east-and-north-africa/israel-and-occupied-palestinian-territories/report-israel-and-occupied-palestinian-territories/ Some documentaries you can watch: https://interactive.aljazeera.com/aje/palestineremix/phone/films_main.html Brands to boycott: Israeli fruits and vegetables, HP, PUMA, Soda Stream, Caterpillar, Ahava, Sabra Hummus, Ben and Jerry's (McDonald's too) Links for charities you can donate to: iF: https://www.ifcharity.org.uk Palestine Child Relief Fund (PCRF): www.pcrf.net/ Rebuilding Alliance: https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/mrs-najahs-kitchen/ United Palestinian Appeal (UPA): https://upaconnect.org
What the Palestinians have to go through isn't right, it's not okay, we shouldn't be turning a blind eye to this. The suffering in Palestine from the years of institutionalised racism, torture and ethnic cleansing surely warrants recognition. This isn't a fight between Muslims and Jews but a human rights crisis. The innocent lives lost at the expense for a systematic siege of territory; we can't let this continue. If you don't know already, please take the time to listen to today's episode to educate yourselves on the current situation going on in Palestine and Israel. We cover the history, the escalation, international contribution and the present-day state that the news fails to mention. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free

Welcome back to the BoredinaryTeens Podcast! This week's episode is a continuation of last week's 'Glued To A Screen', this is part 2 so make sure you listen to part 1 first so that you can know what we are talking about as it is all linked together. We hope this episode helps you in realising that social media is fake and it's not worth dedicating so much time to. And thank you for listening ☺️
As much as we hate it, social media has become a constant in our lives. Developing connections through a screen and being glued to it's superficial brightness till the middle of the night. Sure it has its positives, making friends across the globe and learning new things being a couple of them but in all honesty it does more harm than good. We all know it but are too addicted to let go. In this episode, Joe and Murr talk about all of these things and more! This is part 1 of this discussion and part 2 will come out next week so stay tuned! Till then ✨

‘... Ok now to conjugate the verbs you need to... umm excuse me?!' (Snickering whilst saying ‘merci beaucoup' in a minion voice) ‘Me?' (Turns red in the cheeks) ‘Yes you, move to the front now!' (Joe trudges along to the front of the class wishing that rumour about this particular French teacher being run over was true.) ... Hi guys, this episode is hosted by Joe and Q! We rewind back to some classic moments in high school and the real story into how we became friends. Our minds were a bit foggy here and there but the one thing that we did take from this was thank God for French. Might not have seemed like a big deal back then however (as cringey as it sounds) we wouldn't be the friends we are today without those days. This episode got a little bit long so we cut it into two parts, this is part one and part two will be uploaded next week! We hope you enjoy this episode, leave us a DM on our Instagram page or email us any feedback or suggestions on boredinaryteens@gmail.com. Don't forget to follow us on Tik Tok and Instagram for some fun snippets from our episodes, @BoredinaryTeens.

Impostor syndrome (IS): an internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be.' Sometimes we all felt like, at times, a fraud- as though we don't belong where we are, and only got there through dumb luck. In this episode, we are joined by a very special guest and a friend of ours, Jerry! We find out the term of such self doubt is in fact called the Imposter syndrome and we explore the different ways it can affect people and that it can affect anyone no matter their social status, work background, skill level, or degree of expertise. We share our experiences of when we felt and had such thoughts, learning the ways to put an end to this constant self sabotage is to share your feelings, focus on others, assess your own abilities and to stop comparing. We hope you enjoy listening to this episode and if you have any feedback dm us on our Instagram page @BoredinaryTeens. Don't forget to follow us on our YouTube and Tik Tok page; @BoredinaryTeens

We touch upon general student wellbeing and hypothetical government proposals on how we think our grades should be awarded.
