#psicologoemocionalonline #viral #parati #pyf #fyp #psicologia #sindromedelimpostor #relaciones #autoestima #bienestaremocional #podcastpsicologia

Impostor syndrome is essentially a persistent inability to believe that your success is actually deserved. The underlying feeling is: "If they really knew...". If they knew how bad I am with time, how divided my heart is, or how little I know what I'm doing, they'd never listen.Regardless of your level of success, you still get hit with this feeling that you're just not enough. I've lived this. When I was a young pastor newly out of seminary, I didn't think I knew what I was doing, so I tried to pattern myself after others—trying to sound like Mark Driscoll or Chuck Swindoll. Even now as a streamer, I struggle with view counts because there is "no good number". If the number is high, I feel like I've fooled everybody; if it's low, I feel like it's what I deserve. But I want you to consider this: Is it possible that your fear of inadequacy will actually make you dependent on God? When God called Moses, Moses didn't list his education or power; he asked, "Who am I?". God's response wasn't about Moses' skills—it was simply, "I will be with you".Your feeling of calling is more important than your credentials. That feeling of "I don't know what I'm doing" actually becomes a qualifier. It keeps you praying, preparing, and making sure what you say has value. I'm here to serve you, not to feed my own ego.

Truly it hasn't been an easy journey, with various dependancies and relapses on the table, but the 2026 Iain is congniscant of how these situations came into play and is able to trace the path. But there have been some awesome stops on the journey too, in finding love via a long term working relationship, and navigating an incredibly heavy and tense live radio situation resulting in a life-saving triangulation of listeners. Included in the chat of course are re-evaluations of the past and past works, I'm A Celeb, humiliation vs humility, figuring out a live show in your living room, and confronting the end of level conscience boss that is the fact that one might be as good as one hoped to be.

You cannot build the matriarchy out THERE if the patriarchy is still running the operating system in HERE. That's what this episode is about. Yesterday I recorded something I've been working with for a long time: the six shadows of patriarchal programming that keep you loyal to a system designed to extract from you and hold you in a vibration of fear. In your relationship with money, with food, with your body, with rest, with desire, with your own worthiness. I call them the LIVIDS: Lack. Isolation. Victimhood. Impostor. Doubt. Shame. You know them. They live in your body, not just your mind. They got passed down through your lineage, reinforced by culture, how you were parented, and dressed up as personal flaws you've been trying to resolve in therapy for years. Stop trying to fix programming and learn the practices that make it obsolete. In this episode I walk you through each of the LIVIDS, how they show up in your relationship with money and the 6 matriarchal power hacks that rewire them. This is where mindset meets the brass tax of trauma integration. Because a new world requires a new body, one that can actually hold what we're trying to build. If you want to be ungovernable and uncontrollable, this episode is for you. Your calendar fills up fast.A meeting here. A “quick chat” there. Another request you say yes to… just to be helpful. And before you know it.. you're fully booked, mentally drained, and wondering when you'll actually have time to think. Not because you don't know how to manage your time…But because you haven't mastered how to decline it.In this week's BFG episode (Part 2 of the Taking Back Control of Your Calendar series), we're zooming in on one of the most underrated leadership skills: The Clean No.Here's what we unpack:The anatomy of a Clean No—a simple, no-drama way to decline requests (without overexplaining, apologizing, or leaving the door open for negotiation)The subtle habits that are keeping you overcommitted—like soft nos, guilt-driven yeses, and “just this once” decisions that quietly overload your calendarHow clear, direct boundaries instantly elevate how you're perceived—so you're seen as decisive, focused, and operating at a senior levelBecause saying no isn't the problem. It's how you're saying it.If every decline turns into a paragraph…If you find yourself justifying your time…Or if “no” somehow keeps turning into “maybe”…This episode will show you how to communicate boundaries in a way that's clean, confident, and actually respected.Enroll in BFG: Want to eliminate stress, self-doubt, and overworking so you accelerate in your demanding corporate career without grinding your way to the top?

Theresa Caputo is widely known as the Long Island Medium. Her series "LONG ISLAND MEDIUM" with TLC and her new series “THERESA CAPUTO RAISING SPIRITS” are both available to stream on major platforms. She is a New York Times best-selling author. Her podcast ‘Hey Spirit!' is available everywhere you listen. Learn more at https://theresacaputo.com Theresa recently sat down with Cybercrime Magazine during one of her popular tour stops and told us, "I'm the victim of cybercrime. When someone reaches out claiming to be Theresa Caputo and wanting to give you a reading, it's not me. I don't contact you, your dead relatives contact me. I'm not bothering anybody, it's the dead people that are bothering me. And now the scammers are bothering me!" Theresa's Facebook following tops 4 million, but scammers are exploiting her name. Fake Theresa Caputo accounts and groups – some with massive followings of their own – are posing as the Long Island Medium and defrauding victims through fake psychic readings, counterfeit event tickets, and more. “This is why we formed my fan club,” Caputo told us. “Back in 2014, we did it because people were taking advantage of my ticket prices. They were reselling fake tickets, promising them private readings, and people were paying thousands of dollars for these tickets. This is how we were really aware of what was starting to happen, but you're talking 12 years ago, before all of this blew up, and most certainly before AI.” Caputo stressed to us that she never charges for readings. Her fan club, which is accessible at https://TheresaCaputo.com, is the only way to get legitimate show tickets and reading information. The Long Island Medium also got personal with us. Theresa shared about the cyberbullying her daughter experienced, and how they fought back. “Do I like social media? Yeah, I like it because again, it's about connection and awareness, but the downside to this is that it's consuming our minds. It's allowing this unnecessary bullying and destroying people in their lives, taking advantage of people, scamming people. It's awful,” she said. • For more on cybersecurity, visit us at https://cybersecurityventures.com

Whether you're building a business, navigating a career shift, or trying to take up space in rooms that weren't designed with moms in mind, you are not alone and you are not behind. In this episode of the Working Moms of San Antonio Podcast, we sit down with Dr. Brandi Scott, career coach and consultant, for an honest and deeply relatable conversation about imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and learning how to advocate for yourself even when it feels uncomfortable. Brandi shares her journey from being a first-generation college student to earning her PhD, and why imposter syndrome doesn't disappear with degrees, titles, or experience. Instead, it shows up anytime we try something new. Together, we unpack why women especially struggle to talk about their accomplishments, negotiate pay, apply for opportunities, and confidently say “this is what I bring to the table.” We talk about how imposter syndrome affects working moms, mompreneurs, and women in leadership, and why learning to let that doubt sit quietly in the background instead of running the show can be life-changing. This conversation is full of real talk, practical reframes, and moments that will make you feel seen, validated, and encouraged to keep going anyway. Because confidence isn't about never feeling doubt. It's about showing up even when that doubt is still there. ✨ If you've ever downplayed your wins ✨ If you struggle to talk about what you do without apologizing ✨ If you're building something meaningful while raising a family ✨ If you're a San Antonio mom craving community, clarity, and confidence This episode is your reminder: You shine.
