Jonathan and I have been social media buddies for a couple years now. Recently he made several leather products for All American Maker, and I had the privilege of producing candles for his grand opening! My wife and I drove down and spent the whole weekend hanging out, recording a podcast, and just being warm bodies in the shop and opening day. John Schatvet is the owner and maker at Knot Your Average Grain located near Buffalo, NY! Last summer I drove out to the West Coast and visited several makers! One of these was Bryant who I met in the upper part of Washington state! For the last year or more, I have been getting to know Luke and Gillian over Instagram.
