Not everyone will have the same level of access to you in every season of your life. That is normal. Some people are close for a chapter. Some stay longer. The key is recognizing who you can truly be there for and who can truly be there for you.This applies far beyond fitness. But it also applies directly to it. When you are connected to yourself from the inside/out, you approach your health, your relationships, and your responsibilities differently.
