The lust for power in relationships can be consuming. This power also imprints in our cells and stays there until we choose to discharge the negative energy. The inner spirit knows when it is time to move on. The inner spirit understands when the universe is showing up chaos or trauma that this is not the environment for your body, mind or spirit to thrive in. Do not buy the line, " Oh it may take a year to fix this, it may take a long time to undo this. " Understand that transformation can take place in seconds. When a person is experiencing a near death situation, believe me they change in seconds. So ask your self, " is this chaos mine? " What am I doing to continue this chaos? What do I choose to change to put this chaos or this environment or these people behind me, and STOP choosing this as my way of life? Synchronicity as a Gateway to Transformation In most circles, synchronicities are defined as being in the right place and the right time. It can also mean being at the wrong place at the wrong time and having the universe give you an unplanned outcome. ON a dark and stormy night I was driving with a friend to a meeting where we were about to do some charitable work. As we stood at the stop sign waiting to cross, a drunk driver drove through his stop sign and into us, not just into over us. It caused me to be paralyzed for 6 months when my children were very young and I was selling real estate at the time. 1> What event or circumstance occurred in your life when you were in the wrong place at the wrong time? 2> Do you believe you were unjustly or unfairly treated in the circumstance? 3> Did this obstacle shake you up to respond to life differently? 4> What aspects of your life have you refused to face and now need to heal this? How can you live your life differently? What changes is the universe calling you to change? 5> Tragedy is merely illusion. When we use these illusions to open our hearts, we receive miracles.

When I have come to understand that things I judged as bad in my life were really showing up to teach me about something I had neglected to heal before. How do you Access Consciousness? How do you co create with the universe. Many years ago, I wrote a book, " Are YOU Ready for a Miracle? " . in that book I wrote about the power of synchronicity and the power of consciousness. Now, many years later, I am finally talking about Consciousness changing people's lives. Today's episode is on the characteristics of Leadership. How do people express their leadership to the world. Sometimes, it about walking away from bullies. Sometimes its about choosing a new environment, sometimes its about knowing WHO you are on the planet and being so focused on your purpose, that the outside noise, is JUST THAT: NOISE. So you will know when you are in an environment of acceptance and genius when your vision, values and purpose are in alignment with those who you surround yourself with. HI Everyone: Did you ever walk into a room and the conversation stops when you enter? Did you ever walk into room and there is laughter or giggling as you leave? Did you ever walk into a room and someone is actually talking about YOU. Yes, these are ADULTS. There are subtle forms of bullying . Subtle forms of making you feel less than. No one needs to shout. NO one needs to take a bat to your head, or hit you. The snickering is JUST enough to undermine your confidence, and raise your awareness to the jealousy existing in this environment. I have never understood the emotion of jealousy. As a result, I have spent most of my life, not expressing my genius. That has stopped. Remember, that it was never about THEM anyway. At the end of the day, its always about YOU and GOD. Are you doing what you came here to planet Earth to do? You have the power to choose a new reality every 10 seconds. There are 864,000 seconds in a day. So choose magic and DISAPPEAR. I promise you , they will find someone new to bully the second you are no longer in the room. It does not have to be YOU. When you love yourself enough, you will find kinder environments to work in, to share your genius, to express you gift to humanity. YOu will find people of equal genius to express your wisdom. Choose kindness, grace, ease, and JOY. See where GOD's plan for your life takes you.

When I wrote this book in 1995, with a rewrite in 2004 , I completely forgot about the steps I took to create wealth in my life when I became a single mom with four children at a very early age. What I also RE-discovered was that I had predicted my life path, a career I love, in a way I could never have imagined. As I read from my book describing, the cultural neurosis of our time, this is not as a mental health crisis, but as matter of the soul being shattered in pain. I became a neuroscientist, an doctor of integrative medicine, not by conscious choice of one event, but rather through decades of teaching, motherhood, business, corporate work. My life has unfolded into many careers, and with one clear resounding voice. The cultural neurosis of our time, is not the neurosis of mental health, It is the soul shattered in pain from the suffering of this reality. So the question of transformation becomes " What if I could choose a different reality? " This is transformation. Commitment to excellence, commitment to discipline and commitment to relationships.
