Lauren Widrick is a Life + Business Coach, and her purpose is to help you Grab Life by the Goals. Angie Gleine is a Middle School teacher of twelve years who walked away from her classroom to make her health and family a priority. After several intense battles with autoimmune diseases, her family picked up and moved from Ohio to California. She turned her physical pain into passion and began journaling as therapy.
