1 ThessaloniansIf God is sovereign over salvation then he will save me apart from my doing a single thing. I cannot thwart his will. If man is solely responsible for his salvation decision, then God's hands are tied and he is not completely sovereign. Or maybe there is a better way to address this dilemma. And that will be what we unpack Sunday morning.
One of the most horrible things to learn is that you have a deadly blood infection. One of the most exciting things you can hear is that there is, in fact, a cure. The truth is, we do have such a deadly infection and if you want it, there is a cure.
Why did Jesus command people to get wet by being baptized? What does baptism even mean? Do people still want to be baptized in 2026? All of these questions will be answered this Sunday as we look into the Word of God.
