Jordan Williams is one of the youngest Level 3 Performance Coaches with Athletics Australia, and specialises in coaching Junior athletes of all levels. His Sydney based Squad, "Up And Running" boasts some of the best Junior Athletes in Australia with State and National Champions and Medal winners in Track, Cross Country, Surf Lifesaving and Triathlon. Piper Simpson has been a member of the Up And Running Squad for the past 4 years. The middle distance specialist is a twice National Champion in both 800m and 1500m events. Off the track, Piper was the Gold Medalist at the 2020 NSW Cross Country Long Course Championships, and she is the recipient of numerous Community Sports Awards. Jarrod Shoemaker is an American Olympic triathlete. He is the 2009 ITU Duathlon World Champion. At the 2014 World Triathlon Championships in Edmonton, he made history by becoming the highest male finish for an American triathlete at a World Championship event. He competed at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Clari Lehmkuhl is a South African Zumba instructor and fitness role model who lives in Abu Dhabi. When you see Clari on the stage leading her classes with such energy and passion, you wouldn't guess that she has Down Syndrome. She has become a prominent speaker in the community advocating for inclusion. Roger Hugelshofer is a retired skydiver and wingsuiter. He has travelled all over the world, including flying through the Grand Canyon in his wing suit. Dave Wilkinson is a run coach at Thames Valley Harriers, one of the top athletics clubs in the UK, where he won Coach of the Year in 2020. Back in the day, he trained with British Olympic champion Linford Christie. More recently, he has represented Team GB at the Athletics European masters championships. Dave currently coaches a middle/long distance track group with athletes from age 15 to veterans, affectionately known as ‘Dave's Babes'. Dr Karin Hugo is a coach and Sport Scientist who obtained her PhD in sports science at Stellenbosch Univeristy. Karin was selected as a South African National coach to the Athens, London and Rio Paralympic Games, as well as the World Championships in 2011, 2013 and 2015. She has coached numerous swimmers with disabilities to various Paralympic and World Champ medals. Emma Chelius is a South African swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre freestyle event at the 2017 & 2019 World Aquatics Championships. In 2018 she competed in 5 events at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. She has most recently qualified for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics for the 50m free with a new South African record! Roisin Thomas is an Irish UCI racing cyclist, and is currently Head Cycle Coach of MESOPO Performance in Dubai. In 2016, she became the first woman to cycle through all seven Emirates. We discuss how she got into cycling after moving to the UAE, her experiences racing internationally at the UCI level, and her incredible achievement with the seven Emirates challenge.
Tara Coleman is an Australian Surf Lifesaving Ironwoman. She has been competing in the Kellogg's Nutri-Grain series for 7 years and has won and podiumed in team events like board relay and taplin relay at the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships.
