Over 20 years of working together, Burridge has regularly pushed Francisco beyond her comfort zone and she’s grateful.

The mentor-mentee pair describes their regular meetings they hold that act as a "safe place" to discuss workplace and personal challenges that impact their careers in the financial advice business.

Atlanta-based Silver Penny grew out of two financial planning practices focused on serving clients to and through retirement. Its advisers are registered representatives of Lincoln Financial Advisors.
