The Make Time For You Podcast goes way beyond simply preaching about the importance of self-care. Instead, it is dedicated to exploring how you can get the most out of your brain & body, so you can be healthier, feel happier and achieve the things that are really important to you in your life. Join me, Jo Plimmer - Physiotherapist, Health Coach & ex-GB age grouper triathlete - as each episode I explore what making time for you actually does for your brain & body. For example, what causes you to go from feeling super productive, on a roll and like you’re winning at life one day, to feeling overwhelmed and frantically jumping from task to task, all whilst questioning & doubting yourself the next? Make sure to tune in to find out! But not only that. Life doesn’t make it easy to make time for yourself, right?! There are so many other things & people that require your attention, that time for you is often the thing that gets left until last! So, I will also be exploring the challenges that get in the way of making time for you, and what you can do to navigate them, so you can create the time & space you need to be at your best every day!
