On Friday, USDA released a ton of data for the markets including the November World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report along with a backlog of daily export sales data that hadn't been reported due to the government shutdown. We saw the grains and oilseeds find pressure post report, closing down double digits in many corn, soybean and wheat futures contracts on the day. Meantime, the livestock trade was mixed to higher. After not providing a report in October due to the government shutdown, USDA on Friday returned with a November World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report. USDA projected a slight reductions in overall corn production and yield along with overall soybean production an yield. USDA also released a backlog of daily flash sales data at the same time.
