This weeks episode, Lou explains to the crew who Boo n Gotti (rap duo from Chicago) is, and the pitfalls of the record industry. They have the lovely Brigitte Hall in as a guest to hang and talk smack with the fellas and invites them to Runyon Canyon. On this weeks "This or That" Brigitte chooses between Kanye and P Diddy and the fellas choose between Chrissy Teigen and Mariah Carey. Brigitte and crew talk strip club stories and somehow compare it to lions in the jungle. The crew reminds us why it's not such a good idea to eat at fast food restaurants and things they aren't proud of.  

On this week's episode, the trifecta is back in action. This or that makes the crew decide between Rihanna and Beyonce. They also discuss a 30yr old man suing his parents for destroying $30K worth of porn, as well as why does Nipsey Hussle The Great's passing still hurt. The crew introduces two new segments, Car Karaoke and Text message.

Down one member this week, Lou and Jarick hold it down for the crew. This time on This or That...the fellas choose between Claire Huxtable and Vivian Banks. Lou and Jarick discuss how many kids they are and aren't willing to have as well as how they handle situations when seemingly being thrown or giving mixed feelings. 

This week the squad calls out Jarick and his trash meal choice. This or That features the beauties of T.L.C. The fellas discuss parents bribing colleges to let their kids in. The fellas give their thoughts on the R. Kelly interview with Gayle King. 

On this episode of Necessary Nonsense, the crew discusses some weird happenings going on at their residencies. Jarick gets his mini bat to save the day from a meth head. In this week's this or that the fellas have to make a choice between Zoe Kravitz and Zoe Saldana. The crew finish off by discussing their top 10 hip hop artist.

The crew brings in the incredible Niena Drake and Mel to come and hang out with the hooligans. This week's “This or That” features Jay Z and 2 Chainz for the ladies and Kim Kardashian and Cardi B for the fellas. The fellas get the ladies take on Interracial dating and what traits they are attracted to.  The ladies also share how they approach guys. Jarick and Lou discuss the difference between dating black women, latino women, and white women. Why are black women so “hard” on black men? The crew talks about what's the most important between chemistry, passion, and intimacy. Jarick admits that he's a kissing fool. Is it ok for a friend to date your ex? The crew shares the best pick up lines they have been used on them and that they have used.

Jarick and Lou discussed their weekend and the craziness at  Jarick's 30th birthday party!  The fellas talk about when is it the right time to stick your chest out and when should you just humble yourself. When is it the right time to let somebody  you're interested in know how you feel about them?  “This or That” between Hillary Clinton and Bridgette Neilson. The crew discuss a man that was going around to grocery stores rubbing produce on his body. Lou talks about the difference between Valentines and Valentimes Day, amongst other words that ppl mispronounce on the regular. Have you ever been in a controlling relationship?

On this weeks episode the crew talk about lunch etiquette. Who should pay? Jarick asks Lou “this or that?” between bald Brittany Spears or current day Lil Kim. The NFL is incorporating male dancers. Jarick and Lou discuss if they are petty or not. They give out Petty Awards to Nicki Minaj and 50 Cent. What should your relationship with an ex be like.  

The crew talks about dealing with the difficulty of pee splashing on you while using the urinal. They recap their weekend and Jarick is salty because he couldn't join Will and Lou at a game night thrown by friends. “This or That” between Meryl Streep and Cheer. The fellas also practice their English accents on each other. Will and Jarick share some of their early rapping days, bars! Will talks about a coworker trying to get lunch sponsored by him. The fellas give their input on how to keep relationships fresh and different love languages. Can men just be friends with women? Do we as Americans sugar coat things too much? As a man can we date someone that we don't find physically attractive? 

The Necessary Nonsense Crew discuss Jarick getting pulled over at Trader Joes, the Essence of A Man, and how many pumps does it take to catch something.
