Today, let's look at a really natural American English sentence pattern: go + verb.In English, we often use go before another verb when we mean go somewhere and do something. You can say things like, go get lunch, go buy something, and go see a movieLet's go get lunch after the meeting.I'm gonna go buy a new TV this weekend. We're gonna go see a movie tonight. So feel free to go ask your teacher or go pick up some coffee or go check it out a new restaurantAgain, just use go followed by a base verb. This pattern is super common and sounds very natural in conversation. Go try using it this weekHey, thanks for listening! You created the thing. You posted the certificate. You updated your bio. And now you're waiting. Here's what nobody tells you: changing your identity to "coach" doesn't automatically move athletes into your inbox. That's not a talent problem. That's an outreach problem. In this episode, I'm breaking down why coaches at every level get stuck waiting for inquiries instead of going to get them and what to do about it. Whether you have zero athletes or a full roster you're trying to grow, the skill set is the same. And it's a skill set, just like swim drills or cadence work. You don't stop doing the fundamentals just because you've been racing for years.Coming up: The Sales Sprint is a free five-day challenge running May 18th-22nd inside a private Telegram community. One small action per day. Five to 20 minutes. The goal: you walk away with a new athlete inquiry by Friday.Ready to stop waiting and start getting? It's become an annual tradition to have Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi join us in the studio when he comes to New York for Uber's big Go-Get event every year. This year, the big news was that Uber's expanding into a much larger platform for travel, starting with hotel booking and services like personal shopping. Uber is going so far as to call this an everything app, so I wanted to see how far Dara thinks everything actually goes — and whether he's feeling pressure to own more of the user experience in a world where AI companies keep promising that their chatbots will book all the cars for you. Episode 644 If you are ready to stop overthinking and start taking the exact actions that bring in loans right now, head over to GetMoreLoans.com and set up a time for a free call. Tell us where you want more momentum in your pipeline, and we will help you build a simple plan to make it happen. Welcome to Loan Officer Freedom, the #1 podcast in the country for loan officers, hosted by Carl White. In this episode, Carl White shares one of the most powerful mindset shifts a loan officer can make when deals fall apart, borrowers shop around, or referral partners let you down: Just. Go. Get. More. Carl breaks down why so many loan officers get emotionally stuck on individual losses and how a thin pipeline often creates unnecessary stress, desperation, and poor decision-making. He explains that the real solution is not dwelling on setbacks, but consistently building more opportunities through conversations, referrals, follow-up, and daily action. Carl also dives into the math behind momentum, showing how predictable business growth comes from understanding your activity levels and lead conversion numbers. He emphasizes that confidence does not come from hoping one deal works out, but from having enough referred leads and pipeline activity to stay in control no matter what happens. By focusing on what can actually be controlled, including calls, follow-up, agent relationships, and database engagement, loan officers can eliminate much of the anxiety that holds them back. This episode is a practical blueprint for building resilience, confidence, and consistency in the mortgage business. When loan officers stop obsessing over every lost deal and instead focus on creating more opportunities, they gain stronger pipelines, better emotional control, and far more freedom in their business.

Hockey - Recapping the Frozen Four Starts at 0:51 We gotta talk about the hockey tournament. The fake hockey tournament. Whether they won or lost, it doesn't change anything about who this team was. Michigan played well enough to win, but one shot in nine minutes ended it. Almost every year it's not the best team that wins, it's usually Duluth or Denver. Denver is like the UConn men's basketball of hockey. There's no emotional story to apply your fandom to when it's just randomness. Denver's lack of penalties that were objectively bad no-calls just doesn't make it feel fair, especially the way they called Michigan's penalty in OT. even Alex and David think it was egregious, the players that poured their hearts into this deserve better. There is something wrong with this tournament, there would be a lot more respect for Buccigross if he would say something along those lines. There's not something wrong with Michigan, there's something wrong with the tournament. Imagine if in basketball they just stopped calling fouls in OT. 2. Hockey - Looking Ahead Starts at 27:50 Moldenhauer and Hage have announced returns. Apparently players have been informed to avoid the AHL if they can, college is a lot more enjoyable. Jack Nesbitt is the 12th overall pick and could be coming in, he's a TJ Hughes replacement. He's in the OHL playoffs and might not make a decision right away. Cameron Reid could also be coming in from the OHL, 21st overall to Nashville. Perron is the biggest one on the fence, if you get him then all your holes are plugged. JP Hurlbert is coming in regardless but he might wait a year to contribute. Nick Seaman is coming in as a 4th liner, Cooper Dennis might get deferred (and is Alex Drain sized). A lot of teams will be better next season, but Penn State had Gavin McKenna and weren't that great. Michigan State isn't missing a beat. There are a lot more, and better, options than just going to the NHL these days. They should be a pre-season top three, or maybe even top one. 3. Hot Takes and Basketball Portal Starts at 59:16 Takes hotter than the Denver Pioneers. The Red Wings need to make David Carle their head coach so they can win while being out-shot 2:1. This information might be outdated by the time you hear it! What is happening in the portal right now? Not much. Michigan gets JP Estrella out of Tennessee. He's a high efficiency but low usage player which is weird. He's a moneyball play vs getting Flory Bidunga. Otherwise there's not a lot of chatter. We're starting to expect Morez Johnson to return. Michigan needs a true rim protecting center and could probably also use a starting three. Juke Harris is worth going after but not worth the big bag, give that to the Seton Hall center, Najai Hines. Freshman Brandon McCoy went to a camp and looks like a guy you could have for 20 minutes a game. There's a trust of Dusty in the portal that the fanbase didn't have with Juwan. The Big Ten runs college basketball now. How would Beilein have done during this era? 4. Spring Game Preview Starts at 1:38:41 Spring Game is this weekend at 2pm, 12-18 starters will be sitting out. Bryce will probably play since they don't have enough quarterbacks, we better see Savion Hiter. Position groups are going to be split into balanced squads rather than have a draft, making it more like a controlled practice than a real game. In years past it was frustrating to see future NFL linemen with a walk-on running back behind them, you can't learn much from that. We expect to see a more evolved version of the offense with more quarterback runs. There is Travis Johnson buzz at wide receiver. Brian doesn't want to hear about Kendrick Bell. Hogan Hanson is generating excitement and the offensive line has intriguing positional battles. Evan Link is back and might play, Babalola is not playing yet. Whittingham is good at running the quarterback, it won't be the 2011 offense but it should be effective. The coaches apparently like the depth on the defensive line and think it's the strength of the team, which, ehhhh. Brian breaks down why this is not true. They trust Palepale. Do you prefer EDGE or ED? Linebacker depth is a concern, they don't really have anyone to back up the three main guys. The secondary should be settled in. Shamari Earls is making a move at corner. Who's at nickel now? If Rod Moore isn't on the field in the spring game then enjoy a nice coaching career. Kerry Coombs brings a lot of old guy energy and gets mic'd up a lot. Jay Hill is like the mormon kid from South Park. Don't blame us if it rains. With the NFL Draft just weeks away, Matt “Money” Smith and Lorenzo Neal dive into a debate: do you prioritize upside… or go all-in on proven production? What if I told you that one of the most popular beauty treatments today is made form one of the most powerful toxins known to science? In this bonus episode, I'm breaking down what Botox actually is, how it went from food poisoning to a cosmetic staple, and why it's become so normalized that people are getting it down on their lunch breaks. We'll talk about how it works in the body, the side effects people don't always mention, and what repeated use might actually be doing long-term.This isn't about fear or judgment - it's about understanding what's really going on beneath the surface. The offseason drama is heating up in Green Bay — and Ryan is here to break it all down for Pac Nation. From a blockbuster trade request out of Arizona to some eyebrow-raising social media activity surrounding Rashaan Gary's exit, this episode covers the stories that actually matter heading into 2026. Josh Sweat trade buzz: The Cardinals edge rusher has requested a trade, and the Packers are reportedly interested. Ryan digs deep into the numbers — Sweat's three best pass rush grades all came under Jonathan Gannon, his win rate and pass rush productivity mirror Lucas Van Ness almost exactly, and his 12 sacks on just 355 attempts in 2025 are flat-out remarkable. The price tag is the question. Kyler Murray to Minnesota: The one-year deal with the Vikings is real, but Ryan isn't losing sleep over it. No GM, no cohesive core, no long-term identity — this isn't a team, it's a rental. The Vikings are in cleanup mode, not contention mode. Rashaan Gary's exit gets messier: A closer look at Terrence Parsons' social media tells a story — charts, retweets, and pointed commentary all pointing toward effort and attitude issues in Gary's final Green Bay season. Ryan calls it like he sees it. Around the NFC North: Emmanuel Wilson lands in Seattle, Jonathan Allen heads to Cincinnati, and Detroit loses Alka'Din Muhammad to Tampa while adding a safety. 2026 came in HOT. It was hectic. It was full. It was insane. And I loved every second of it.I kicked off the year with my family and my CBH crew — dreaming big, casting vision, talking about the life we want to create instead of the life we're waiting on. 2026 is the year to vision board, manifest, speaking things out loud, and stepping into the year like we meant it.Because here's the truth: you don't stumble into the life you want. You build it. You declare it. You decide it.This episode is about momentum, intention, vision boards, and creating a life you're obsessed with! Let's go, beautiful humans. The year is just getting started.

In this episode, Jayna tells the slightly unhinged, laugh-out-loud story of flying to Vegas to meet her longtime celebrity crush, 50 Cent — powered by pure delusion, main-character energy, and the part of her that still believes anything is possible. From the hype squad cheering her on, to the butterflies, to the "is this actually real life?" moment, this is a rom-com-meets-manifestation tale fueled by big dreams and audacity. It's playful, flirty, and full of "why not me?" energy, reminding you what happens when you stop being sensible for five minutes and let your younger, bolder, wildly optimistic self lead the way. Because sometimes the best stories come from following your heart, trusting the universe, and saying yes before your adult brain can talk you out of it. This is one you do not want to miss!

Joe and Dave react to the Ravens firing John Harbaugh and argue the Dolphins should make a strong push to bring him to Miami, noting the organization's history with the Harbaugh family. They push back hard on the idea that Tua Tagovailoa can return next season and thrive, pointing to his struggles on the field and at the podium. The conversation turns to whether Tua knows his time in Miami is over after being benched, emphasizing it was an organizational decision, not just Mike McDaniel's. The segment also looks at potential landing spots for Harbaugh and questions why three 49ers assistants are among the Dolphins' GM candidates
We kick off the final hour with a classic Tobin rant after reports surface that the Dolphins asked players during exit interviews for their thoughts on head coach Mike McDaniel. We then wrap up the show with a very short-lived Rats Off a Ship, as Brittney finally admits to Tobin that she actually likes JJ Redick—whom Tobin has deemed his mortal enemy.
