How do you define wellness? Is it mental, physical, emotional? All the above? Are you tired of people talking about? Do you feel "wellness" is forced on you? Maybe your idea of wellness has changed as you've grown up?... Hmmm....let's chat. 

To be honest - this episode starts with us talking about "ghosting". Whether you were ghosted while applying for jobs or in a relationship. We live in a world where technology rules EVERYTHING. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad - but what about tracking your partner's location? For safety or for curiosity? You tell us.....

We all have a friendship that is genuine and pure. The ones we never saw coming. The ones that without them, we'd be different humans. The ones sent from above to completely change our lives for the better. These are our angel friends, and WE, the coffee and cocktail gals, are each other angels friends. 

We all have had a lot on our mind, so it's hard to narrow down exactly what we even talk about. BUT, we are having a blast and laughing our booties off. This episode is kind of like a Long Island Iced Tea; mixing a whole lot together that may not seem good, but the end result is exactly what you want. CHEERS! 

We all have a past. Highs, lows, and exes. But, how much do you keep of that person. Pictures, jewelry, ....lovey-dovey emails? Do you actually ex out your ex? Hmmmm, you may need something stronger in your coffee for this one.

The best kind of love is puppy love; an actual puppy!!! So, who is feeling that right now? Cheers to adding a furry friend to the family. 

One of us partied at Whoopi Goldberg's house. Not only did we get the details about that, but it also opened the best topic: What celebrity would you want to party with? Grab your favorite drink and have some laughs with us. 

It's so sad that we don't get to see each other everyday anymore, but when we do, it is the absolute best. Here is an update on where we are, what we are doing and everything in between. Cheers to friendships like these!!!

After an emotional few weeks, we are back!! We reminisce on PLJ and the new paths we are on. With all the changes going on, not only in our job world, but our personal world, one thing will always stay constant - our friendship. (cheesy, I know, we love it). Our sweet Annie celebrated her birthday over Memorial Day Weekend. One of us tried to bribe family members to clean their room and the three of us hit the town for the PLJ Farewell Party in the city. It's unofficially officially summer! Kick back and enjoy :) 

Does getting older make it a little harder to hang?! Annie and her besties took there annual GIRLS TRIP to **drum roll** Nashville!! Hold onto your hats we're talkin' food, booze, music and honky tonk alley. YEEEHAAAAW 

Summer is the perfect time to get your act together. So, what is on your list?! We have a couple things we need to accomplish or try - and let's just say, we are all pretty opposite! Cheers to anything and everything that sets your soul on fire!!! 

We would be lost without our Moms; they are absolute beautiful souls and we are blessed to have them. We are who we are because of them. Cheers to all the Mother's out there!

It's never easy to say goodbye to our furry family members, but it makes it a little better to talk about them and all the memories that were made. RIP to Cooper Francis, may he rest in doggie heaven.
