Don't dismiss someone's challenges just because you are more equipped if it was happening to you. Today we are sharing a clip from a recent Sales Bible Study podcast. Great leaders don't dismiss someone's issue, regardless of how simple you see the solution to be. You must validate their feeling and move toward healing. Don't stomp on someone's emotion just because you think their problem isn't a problem. It's theirs, and it's real to them! Coach them through and watch how different they handle it the next time.
