Join me this week as I become a tourist in my own city.  Not all adventures have to be somewhere exotic, in fact I've had many fabulous adventures right here in Toronto, but I guess it depends on your point of view and mindset.  Toronto has a ton of great things to see, do and experience.  So come join me and enjoy!

Join me this week as I explore Old Hanoi, Vietnam's capital city.  Situated in the north of the country this ancient city (yes, it celebrated its 1000th anniversary in 2010) is an incredible mix of old and new and such a fascinating city to explore.  For me the old quarter was a treasure trove of sights, sounds and smells which culminated in a fabulous visit.  I would definitely place Vietnam on my list of "must see" countries - it was just awesome. Join my daughter Sam and I as we visit Canberra, Australia's political capital situated some three hours south of Sydney in the rolling hills of the Australian Capital Territory.  This small city is a vibrant and surprisingly cosmopolitan place to visit and one we would definitely recommend.  Enjoy!

Join me this week on my hike on the Kokoda Track across Papua New Guinea in one of the most remote places on earth, literally still stuck in the stone age.  This hike over eight long, and gruelling days changed my life irrevocably and set me on the path to where I am today.  I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it and bringing back all of these great memories.  Enjoy!
