Matt Bender, who is an Engineer at Spudnik, and Brent Rigby were speaking about the Belt Planter, how it's built, how it works, its capabilities, advantages, etc.

Mike has been a succession planning expert for the last six years and has helped farming families for the past 20+ years!  Working out of Iowa and across the whole country, Mike has helped farmers transition their legacy to the next generation of growers. 

Levi Lynn is a senior engineer at Spudnik and has lent his hand at so many innovations in the equipment. In this episode, we hear some of the thought and care that goes into every piece of machinery that works in the field or cellar. 

Richard Johnson from LEMKEN US joined us to talk about old times and even some new times! He and Brent discuss the importance of tillage and the advances that are promoting a more sustainable future for agriculture. We appreciate Richard for taking the time to visit with us. 

We are closing up National Dairy month by visiting with Annaliese Wegner, a dairy farmer from Wisconsin. Annaliese talks about her family operation. Between caring for calves to chasing her twins, Annaliese is the Modern Day Farm Chick. 

Going on 6 generations, Heglar Creek Farms is an advanced and diversified dairy operation in Southern Idaho.  Eric joins us to talk about their family farm and how they manage over 2,000 cows, an electrical, a Sod Farm, and a feedlot operation. 

Gary Farmer is back! We love having the opportunity to talk to Gary as planting starts in southeast Idaho. He shares insights to previous years, as well as his outlook for the coming season. Let us know if there are other topics or guests you would like to hear from.  

"It takes a family." Andrew Mickelsen from a Southeast Idaho farm joins us on the Culture of Agriculture to tell his family's story.  Andrew discusses the advantages of having a seed, to package operation. We also had a chance to discuss the challenges that come within the agriculture industry. We are grateful for Andrew's time and his willingness to join us and get to talk about their family's farm. 

Zach Johnson, the Millennial Farmer visited Spudnik Equipment for an agriculture appreciation event. We were able to take some time to sit down and talk with Zach about his story and the different programs that he is a part of. Thank you, Zach, for all you do promoting agriculture in such a positive way.
