The Diversity Illusion

The gist of what the riot/insurrection/terrorist act at the Capital occurred was White Supremacy. For minority workers, this comes to no surprise that the MAGA crowd would go this far. Yet it has to be said. For the BIPOC population, we know your thoughts and we hope you all stay safe. Hold on as 2021 starts and our special episode can give you some catharsis.
