Jared Arnette: who calls himself the Appalachian (Rural) Optimist and has spent his career helping teams and rural communities do things that have never been done. He was the founding executive director of Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR), is the Network Leader for Together For The Mountains, co-founded Mountain Music Exchange (which is now the largest retailer of guitars in eastern Kentucky) and serves as the founding Pastor of New Beginnings Fellowship Church. Jared lives just outside of Pikeville, KY with his wife, Bethany and their two amazing children Rosalind (Rozzie) and Harker.
