The Lasso Effect

The breakdown of  'No Weddings and A Funeral' proves to be the sleeper episode for Shawn and Nikki.  This episode might actually be their legitimate favourite.  As always vulnerable confessions from our hosts.  Shawn reveals what his next adventure is, while Nikki falls in love with the Grip life.  

Nikki and Shawn gush over their mutual admiration for director Sam Jones.  They break down the winks and nods of their FAVOURITE episode 'Beard After Hours' as well getting into the deep personal connections of this amazing show.  They set out to convince all the sceptics that this is an episode more than worthy of a second look, including the amazing performance by Brendan Hunt.  *CORRECTION - Nikki mentions Elvis Presley  but meant Elvis Costello.  Oooffff big mistake.

Hi everyone, we are back!!!   After a four month break and much improved sound, Nikki and Shawn quickly catch up and then dive into Season 2 overview and how it effected them.    So good to be talking all things Ted Lasso again!   

Nikki and Shawn kick off the show with a great discussion about vulnerability and how's it ok to not be ok.  They then dive into the mammoth and meaty breakdown for Season 2, episode 3 (Do The Right-Er Thing).
