Let's talk about oral. We've all had those moments where oral feels way more awkward than arousing. You're lying there, overthinking everything: Do I smell weird? What do I do with my hands? Is my partner secretly counting down the seconds until it's over? Sound familiar? Yeah… you're definitely not alone. In this episode, we're getting into the real, raw, and sometimes ridiculous reasons people struggle to fully relax and enjoy oral. We asked our community to spill their biggest insecurities, and let's just say… you all delivered. From “I can't stay present” to “I feel bad making him do it when I haven't shaved,” nothing's off-limits today. We'll break down what's actually going on behind those thoughts, and share practical, shame-free ways to feel more confident, connected, and turned on.

Maybe she's making some sounds, but you're the one driving the entire sexual experience. If this sounds familiar, you might just be with a pillow princess. Trust me- You're not alone in dealing with a sexually passive partner, and you're not crazy for wanting more sexual participation from your girl. Stay put because we're going to unpack how this dynamic forms, the right way to change it, and I'll probably roast myself a bit while we're at it.

In this episode, we're breaking down a real-life text fight between a couple navigating mismatched sex drives, rejection, and the heavy mental load of parenting. You'll hear the raw back-and-forth and get our thoughts on what worked, what didn't, and how to move these conversations toward connection instead of conflict.
When doctors advised abortion after a devastating prenatal diagnosis, Gitti and Henrich Berkhoff chose a different path. Their son Julian was born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus, enduring multiple life-threatening surgeries. From wheelchair fox hunting to pillow fights on horseback and even toilet-brush “microphone” interviews, her farm is a living testament to humor, creativity, and resilience. Now, as she and her husband bring equine-assisted therapy to the German parliament, Gitti shares how horses, family, and a belief in joy over suffering reshaped her life—and how they can reshape equine therapy itself. If you want to support the show, you can do so at Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LongRideHome✨ “If you have something that makes you happy and you share it, then it grows. When initiation feels fun, confident, and mutual, everything else in your sex life starts to feel easier, more connected, and a lot more exciting. We're back with a re-air of one of our most popular episodes ever, because initiation is one of the biggest challenges couples face.

We don't know about you, but some nights we just can't fall asleep without turning onto our stomach. And when we do, we seem to drift off more easily when not using a pillow. But we do sometimes wonder whether doing that could have any negative health impact. Just like your mattress and bed base, the pillow plays a key role in sleep quality, but it's often the most overlooked part of our bedding. You see, experts say that a pillow should help keep your spine properly aligned while you sleep, maintaining its natural curve, especially at the neck. That helps reduce pressure on the intervertebral discs, preventing tension in the cervical area. What are some of the other benefits? Are there any cases when it's better not to use a pillow? What should you do if you keep waking up in pain? In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions! To listen to the last episodes, you can click here: How can I sleep well with a blocked nose? Did you know that 64% of people say they want more foreplay than they currently get? And most people say they wish it was part of every sexual experience. No wonder foreplay frustrations are so common. Maybe it feels too short, too routine, or like your partner just doesn't quite “get it.” The truth? Foreplay isn't just a warm-up. It's one of the most powerful ways to feel connected, build anticipation, and experience more pleasure (especially since only 10–15% of women orgasm from intercourse alone).

Genesis 28:9-15
Episode Summary: Exhaustion, hustle, and burnout are not badges of honor—they're warning signs. In this episode, Dr. Chonta Haynes shares how Christian entrepreneurs can build businesses rooted in rest, divine strategy, and authenticity. Burnout is not God's plan for your business. In this powerful episode, “Rest and Restoration in Business and the Bedroom: The Key to Success”, Dr. Chonta Haynes unpacks the biblical principles of rest, renewal, and authenticity that every Christian entrepreneur needs. Instead of glorifying hustle, she reveals why rest is a spiritual discipline, not a weakness—and the true key to building a faith-based business that thrives. From reclaiming the Sabbath as a sacred pause to creating intentional “pillow talk with God,” you'll learn how to design your business and your life from a place of overflow rather than exhaustion. Dr. Chonta shares raw personal stories of workaholism, emotional depletion, and rediscovering her divine source of strength. This episode equips you with three core principles: Sabbath as a weekly act of faith. Pillow talk with God as daily strategy. Authenticity as the superpower that attracts trust and alignment. If you're ready to stop striving and start thriving, this teaching will help you recharge your business, restore your soul, and reimagine success God's way. Timestamps: 0:00 – Burnout is not God's plan for your business. 2:05 – Why the bedroom is the real “boardroom” for divine downloads. 5:44 – The danger of chasing platforms instead of purpose. 7:07 – Rest as worship: shifting control back to God. 9:18 – Core Principle #1: Sabbath as a sacred appointment with God. 12:57 – Core Principle #2: Pillow talk with God (daily strategy & surrender). 15:50 – Core Principle #3: Authenticity as magnetic leadership. 18:39 – How vulnerability strengthens relationships & attracts alignment. 19:40 – The truth about building a business from the bedroom: it's spiritual, not situational.

I'm always asking questions. The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as… Does walking on a treadmill really help with your cardio needs? Plus…is it always better to sit on the sofa with a pillow behind your back? I'm Arroe… I am a daily writer. A silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate. I call it The Daily Mess. A chronological walk through an everyday world. Yes, it's my morning writing.
