This week I am sharing an incredibly personal story of mine that I never in a million years thought I would ever share. It took me four years to tell anyone. I realized I could no longer ignore the ways that my trauma was emotionally and physically wrecking my body and soul. When you hear that someone has suffered in ways similar to you it brings pain and relief. You ache because you know that struggle well, but you also feel less alone. Thank you Anastasia Perez for coming on and sharing your story with us. You gave me the strength and support that I needed to share my story. If you are out there and are a victim of sexual assault please seek help and talk to someone. Please know that you are not alone --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/the-vulnerable-podcast/support
