On this installment of Thawed Out Leftovers, we have a featured guest to come in and talk with us about Frontier Airlines! Well...not entirely about Frontier Airlines, but to some extent. Really, the topic is a hodge-podge of pet peeves, main character syndrome evaluation, name-calling, and a few other things (including Frontier Airlines). Intro song: With All That I Am by Sofasound Outro song: Finding You by dryhope
On this installment of Thawed Out Leftovers, we have an in-depth discussion about music digestion and preferential listening; as well, we talk about online personas and their ability to obtain bags on bags! Intro song: With All That I Am by Sofasound Outro song: Finding You by dryhope
On this installment of Thawed Out Leftovers, we go to church! lol jk, could you imagine? But seriously, let's be honest, at some point you just stop going to church (unless you don't). What was that moment for you? Did you ever even go? Join us this week on the podcast where we discuss the moments where we each phased out of our church-going days. Intro song: With All That I Am by Sofasound Outro song: Finding You by dryhope

Hi friends! It certainly has been a minute and a half. In our personal lives, we've each been through so much that it's been a bit difficult to release episodes regularly. But that hasn't stopped us from recording! With that said, now that time allows, we will be releasing a few archived episodes from the back of the freezer for your listening pleasure. Disclaimer: some of these were recorded back in July 2023 and may appear “outdated”. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoy! The first installment thawed out from the freezer - The Sit-down – addresses the topic of beef. Some people want beef when they look like steak; some people want their beef medium rare and others prefer smoked or well-done. Regardless of how you'd like your beef, a lot of the time it's not how you imagined it to come out by how the order was placed. Are you someone who's beefing along with the opposition? Or are people beefing by themselves when it comes to you? Let's discuss… Intro song: With All I Am by Sofasound Outro song: Finding You by toonorth
Ever heard that phrase "whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right"? No? Well, now you have lol. Join us this week where we talk about things with which we either "can" or "can't". Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound
Hey y'all, Unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably heard the news of the poor unfortunate souls trapped under the sea. At the time of posting, much of the news surrounding Ocean Gate has come to a lull and we've gotten the more-or-less full scoop on what went down, down below. However, we recorded this episode while a lot of that info was hot off the presses and still fresh - with that being said, some points made may be a little outdated. Nevertheless, as unfortunate as Ocean Gate was, the internet never fails to find humor in tragedy. Join us as we share our thoughts on the matter! Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound
Listen, you don't have to be religious to understand that sometimes...certain situations are just above and beyond you. This week, join us as Andre recounts a recent event where he really let Jesus take the wheel lol. Grab a chair, your favorite plate, and a mug and let's get in ~ Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound
We've all had days where we don't wanna be bothered or we're just tapped. Imagine being constantly hounded and having to put on a front constantly or be branded as a "rude celebrity". Back a while ago, we talked a little about some celebrities who landed on the "rudest celebrity list". Truthfully, most celebrities probably just wanna be left alone (like most of us). Let's talk about it! Pull up a chair and let's get in ~ Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound
The man that knows some things knows that he knows nothing at all; and the man that knows too much knows that he'd rather not know anything. Join us this week as we unpack our tethers and what keeps us from living life in delusion. Pull up a chair and bring a plate and let's get in! Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound
Hey welcome back! So, this week's topic is a little more on the heavy side. In response to Marjorie Taylor Green's words during a recent house committee meeting, we'll be discussing what she had to say on the subject of adoption/children who are not biologically procured. There'll be laughs sprinkled throughout, don't worry lol Y'all know the deal ~ grab a chair, a plate, some cups, and let's get in ~ Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound
Hey ~ welcome back, Anybody else perpetually tired lately? No? Just us? Cool lol Anyways, come pull up a chair and listen to us talk about why we're so tired ^_^ Intro/Outro song: With All I Am by Sofasound

Happy Halloween y'all! This week, it's a bit more of an intimate gathering - I, JE, will be hosting a side-dish solo-style! On this bite-size episode, I'll be going over some Halloween etiquette and things to keep in mind while celebrating this year. There's never a dull moment with any holiday, but Halloween always...and I mean ALWAYS has some type of controversial happening. Whether it's babies dressing up as Jeffrey Dahmer, people spray-painting their pets, or people under the influence acting a fool...it's always a mess. So, come gather 'round the fire and let's discuss some Halloween do's and don'ts! Intro/Outro song: Finding You by dryhope
...that is the question ~ Let's face it, the chokehold streaming services has on the general public is so damn tight. The question is, though: is it feasible? Are all these different avenues for watching and re-watching content just a broken apart cable box? Netflix + chill with us as we get into the get-down on all things streaming-related! Intro/Outro song: Finding You by dryhope
This week, we'll be discussing "dating" as a general topic ~ We'll talk about some personal red + green flags of dating, whether or not love truly is blind, and also getting into the age-old "it's just a preference" conversation that's ravaging the communities - we all know a "it's just my preference" or a "I only date _____" kinda person; and if you don't...well...we've got some news for you lol. Welcome back Juan from some time away (missed you, boo)! We're also joined by two lovely guests, Alan and V, who've taken some time out of their daily bickering to sit down and get down about the going's on. Pull up a chair and let's dive in ~ Intro/Outro song: Finding You by dryhope
I promise y'all, I tried my best to title this episode. But, it's damn-near impossible ~ Basically, this week, we'll be discussing a few hot topics that've surfaced in the past week. We're talking about the recent Emmy nominations, a little discussion about the age-old debate between Keke Palmer and Zendaya Coleman, the news about Queen Elizabeth II's passing, and a recent movie that has Christians and Catholics gooped and duped. Pull up a chair and let's dive into the randomness! Intro/Outro song: Finding You by dryhope

Some more b-roll for ya nerves! Intro/Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE
When was the first time you saw yourself represented on the silver screen? Has it happened for you, or are you still waiting for that moment? It's no secret that a large deprivation of the childhood experience is the lack of representation, specifically for children of color who seek representation when Kyla Pratt, Keenan and Keke Palmer were not enough. If you fit into that category, congratulations! This episode's for you ~ This week, we'll get into what was missing for us all growing up. Special guest: Robert Leon Intro/Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE
We've come a long way from talking about mental health! Back on our BS with some hateration in the dancery. No need to write a super long think piece; today, we'll be discussing some celebrities we dislike for no reason ~ Intro/Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE

Hey guys, What's everyone's take on "fate" and "timing" in terms of interpersonal relationships? Do you believe that timing has much to do with two people's compatibility level? Or do you believe people either are or aren't meant to be together, regardless of the timing? Join us as we discuss and debate over which is more plausible! Intro/Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE
Ayo! So...we can all probably agree that this past Black History Month might have felt a bit...out of touch, so to speak. This week, we'll get into why and how certain things, people, and circumstances seemingly "lost the plot" to Black History and why this month wasn't hitting like it usually does. Intro/Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE
Continuing last week's episode, we'll be discussing more generally about mental health and elaborating on some stigmas surrounding mental health related issues. Because mental health is such a complex topic and there's so much about it to discuss, we felt it best to split the episode into two parts. Taking care of yourself and your own mental health is such a crucial piece to fully enjoying everything life may have to offer. There are so many resources that can all provide valuable information, support, and guidance for dealing with different mental related issues. Here are a few sources that may help either you or someone you know dealing with mental health related issues: SAMHSA's National Hotline 1-800-662-4357 The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255 Veterans Crisis Line 1-800-273-8255 The Trevor Project 1-212-695-8650 Intro/Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE
Hi everyone! Welcome to Season 2 of Thee Spread Podcast! ✨ First of all, thank you all so much for sticking with us as we tested the waters and found our footing through Season 1; your continued support means the absolute world to us ~ Now that it's not our first time around the park, we're super excited and can't wait to share what Season 2 is giving! We're jumping into Season 2 with an entirely vulnerable first episode: discussing mental health. This particular episode, we will be discussing our own personal struggles as far as mental wellness goes and how we each cope with the different bindings we face. Just a disclaimer: because these are all our own personal dealings with the matter, we want everyone to know that mental wellness is different for everyone across the board - what's one thing for one person is completely different for another. We hope that listeners tuning in walk away from this first episode feeling both a sense of validation - if our struggles align - and perhaps a deeper understanding about each of us, individually. Because mental health is complex and such a broad topic in and of itself, this episode will be split apart into two parts. Part two will be released next week, February 27th, and will be a bit more generalized than personal. So, with that all being said... get your usuals, your cup of tea, some snacks, various accoutrements, and lean in as we get up-close and personal ~ Intro + Outro song: Rêverie by ØDYSSEE
Hi everyone! Welcome to our final podcast episode of the year! First and foremost, thank you to those of y'all that have been here since episode 1. And, to all the newcomers joining us for the first time, thank you and welcome ~ Goes without saying, but we can probably all agree that this year was a little "here-there-and-everywhere". Maybe it was overall better than 2020? Maybe it was worse? That all depends on your lens
Hey guys! Please enjoy as we expose ourselves a bit and get into what was really carrying us, musically, this past year. Background Music: Poke Date by Ian Ewing

Background music: Poke Date by Ian Ewing
