Peygamber (s.a.v.)'e beyân farz olduğuna göre, aynı şekilde vârise de farz olacaktır. Tebliğin esası, şer'î hükümlerin açıklanmasıdır. Tebliğden sonra, âlimler tarafından yapılan tebliğ de, ilk tebliğ gibidir. Âlimlere nisbetle bu konuda gelen deliller çoktur. Allâhü Teâlâ şöyle buyurmuştur: "Gerçekten, Allâh'ın indirdiği Kitap'tan bir şeyi gizlemede bulunup, onu az bir değere değişenler var ya, onların karınlarına tıkındıkları ancak ateştir." (Bakara s. 174) "Hâkkı bâtıla karıştırmayın ve bile bile hakkı gizlemeyin." (Bakara s. 42) "Allâh tarafından kendisine bildirilen gerçeği gizleyenden daha zâlim kim olabilir." (Bakara s. 140) Hadis-i şeriflerde de şöyle buyurulur: "Dikkat edin! Burada bulunanlarınız, bulunmayanlara tebliğ etsin." (Buhârî) "Hased (gıpta) ancak iki kişi hakkında caizdir: Birincisi, Allâh (c.c.)'un kendisine mal verdiği ve o malı hak yolunda harcamaya muvaffak kıldığı kimsedir, ikincisi de, Allâh (c.c.)'un kendisine hikmet (ilim) verdiği kimsedir; onunla âmel eder ve onu öğretir." (Buhârî) "Kıyâmet alâmetlerinden biri de, ilmin kaldırılmış olması ve cehaletin ortaya çıkmasıdır." (Buhârî) Yani eğer âlimlerin mevcut olması sebebiyle ilim mevcut olsaydı, kendilerine düşen görev gereği olmak üzere o ilmi izhâr ederler ve böylece cehâlet ortaya çıkmazdı. Bu da, âlimlerin görevinin ilmi yaymak olduğunu gösterir. Bu konuda vârid olan hadisler pek çoktur. Beyân görevinin âlimler üzerine vacip olduğunda herhangi bir görüş ayrılığı yoktur. Hazret-i Sâmi (k.s.)'un hayatını manevi görevlisi ve ihvâna kılavuzu Muhterem Ömer Muhammed Öztürk'ün kaleminden yayınlıyoruz: 1892 Yılında Adana'nın Tepebağ mahallesinde dünyâya teşrîf eden Hazret-i Sâmî (k.s.)'un babaları Müctebâ Efendi, anneleri Ümmügülsüm Hanımefendilerdir. Dedelerinin ismi Abdurrahmân, büyük dedeleri İshâk ve Hüseyin Efendilerdir. Büyük Türk beyliklerinden Ramazânoğlu beyliğinin en son beylerinden olan Abdülhâdî Efendinin (ki Sâmî Efendi Hazretlerinin büyük dedelerindendir) tesbîtine göre Ramazânoğlu beyliği aslen Türklerin Oğuz boyunun Üçoklar kabîlesindendir. Bu kabîlenin de şecereleri büyük Türk Hâkânı Nureddîn Zengî (Şehîd) vasıtası ile Seyfullâh Hz. Hâlid bin Velîd (r.a.)'e dayanır. Efendi Hazretleri kendi ifâdeleriyle doğumlarını şöyle nakletmektedirler: “Benim doğumum (1308) târihindedir: Adana'da Vakıfsarayı'ndadır. Doğumumdan evvel kapıya bir zât gelmiş: “Bu evde, yakında bir doğum olacaktır, oğlan olacaktır, adını: Sâmî koyunuz; hayırlı bir insan olacaktır.” diyor, gidiyor. Bir müddet sonra doğum oluyor, oğlan oluyor. Adı: “Mahmûd Sâmî” konuyor. Sonra o zât tekrâr geliyor. Oğlan doğduğunu söylüyorlar. Adının da “Muhammed Mahmûd Sâmî” konulduğunu öğrenince: “Sandıktaki emânetimi veriniz!” diyor. Ona benzer bir emâneti veriyorlar: “Bu değil; esâs sandıktaki bana âid emâneti veriniz!” diyor. Veriyorlar. Memnûn oluyor. Duâ edip gidiyor.” Efendi Hazretleri bu ma‘lûmât hakkında: “-Bunu kaydediniz. Mühimdir. Gelen zât, boş değildir. Bunları olduğu gibi sen kaydet. İleride neşredilir. İyi olur. Hayırlı olur.” diye buyurdular. Not: Bu ma‘lûmât, Muhterem Ömer Kirazoğlu (rh. âleyh) Ağabey'in kendi el yazısı ile not defterinden alınmıştır. Metinden Hazretin ism-i şerîflerinin tam olarak “Muhammed Mahmûd Sâmî” olduğu öğreniliyor. Hazretin 6 Kasım 1937de kendi el yazılarıyla, latince olarak, “Kadastro ve Tapu Tahrîrine Mahsûs Beyânnâme”de, sâdece “Sâmî” ismini ve imzâsını kullandıklarına ve nüfus cüzdanlarında da sâdece “Sâmî” ismini kullandığına göre, tam ism-i şerîflerinin kullanılmaması o devirdeki birtakım yasakları akla getirmektedir. Bu “Beyânnâme”de, Hazretin doğdukları ev Seyhân vilâyeti, Adana kazâsı, Kayalıdağ mahallesi, Sabuncu Abdullâh sokağı olarak belirtilmiştir ki burada da isimler değiştirilmiştir. Hazretin doğdukları evin bulunduğu mahalle en son Tepebağ adını almıştır.

Tekâlif-i Şeriyye'nin (dini emir ve yasakların) artması, vahyin tekrar edişi (sürekli inişi), yardım ve zafer Efendimiz (s.a.v.) ve mü'minlerin lehineydi. Çünkü vahyin inmesiyle şerî teklifler arttığı gibi, münâfıkların küfrünü de o derece arttırıyordu. Şehâdet kelimesini söylemek bile onlara zor geliyordu. Onlar, taattan sonra cinayetlere verilen cezalardır. Bununla ızdırâb üzerine ızdırâb ve şüphe üzerine şüpheleri arttı. Allâhü Teâlâ Hazretleri şöyle buyurdular: "O hem küfretmiş hem de Allâh yolundan çevirmiş olanlar, diğerlerini de ifsâd ettikleri cihetle o azâp üstüne bir azâp ziyade etmişizdir." (Meryem s. 76) Müminlere dünyada hidayetlerinin artması vardır. Allâh, hidayeti kâbul edenlere, daha çok hidayet verir. Âhirette ise, fazîlet üzerine fazîlet vardır: "Çünkü Allâh kendilerine işledikleri âmellerin en güzeliyle ecir verecek, fazlından da ziyadesini bahşeyleyecektir ve Allâh dilediğine hesapsız rızık verir!" Çünkü ölüm, mü'mine verilen bir armağandır. Resûlullâh (s.a.v.)'in, bir cenazeye rastladığın-da şöyle buyurduğuna dikkat etmez misin: “Bu cenaze ya istirahat ediyor veya ondan dolayı istirahat olunuyor.” Hadisteki istirahat eden: sâ-lih kişidir, dünyanın zorluğundan kurtulur, ruhanî mükâfatlarla berzah âleminde dinlenir. Bu, nimetle-rin yarısıdır. İstirahat olunansa, fâsık kişidir. Çünkü onun ölümüyle insanlar dinlenir. Eziyetinden kurtu-lurlar. Kendisi, berzah âleminde ruhanî azapla karşı karşıya gelir. Bu da cehennem azabının yarısıdır. İbâdetin en faziletlisi, genişliği beklemektir. Çünkü bu bekleyişte, kalbin istirahatı ve sabrın mükâfatı vardır. In 2020, the Almeda Fire ripped through Jackson County. The catastrophic blaze destroyed more than 2,600 homes between Ashland, Talent, Phoenix and Medford, according to Jefferson Public Radio. The “Think Out Loud” team traveled to Southern Oregon during the spring of 2025 and talked to residents about how they’re thinking about fire in their communities now. In Ashland, the city and the forest are tied together. The watershed, which provides the source of Ashland’s drinking water, is more than 15,000 acres of potentially combustible forestland. Chris Chambers is the city’s forestry officer. He’s been a member of Ashland Fire And Rescue since 2002 and has worked on the city’s wildfire planning efforts. Along with city, federal and tribal partners, the Ashland-based Lomakatsi Restoration Project focuses on ecological resilience in Oregon and Northern California. Its restoration projects are spread throughout the region. Marko Bey is the executive director and founder of the organization. Belinda Brown is the tribal partnerships director. Chambers, Bey and Brown shared how they think about wildfire resilience and how they approach their work in their communities during a conversation we recorded with them and first aired in June 2025.
