THE Fantasy Football League's premiere (only) news and entertainment podcast. Hosted weekly, looking for sponsors.
The Boys are Back! To appease JB, Dyl and Z get together to get some early season predictions in, talk about COVID without getting political, and recap their summers so far.
Z hosts fellow playoff bound boys J and Thatch to break down the craziness of MNF, Z making the playoffs, and the 2 matchups this week. Then Thatch dives in on a new boys comparison.
Dyl finds a new tool that goes beyond the graph and Z discovers he's actually living in his best reality this season schedule wise. Then the boys break down all the potential playoff scenarios that can still happen, as 9/10 teams are still in the picture!
Dyl and Z have a late Thanksgiving pod that lands on The League's most exciting trade deadline yet. They also go through the playoff scenarios for each team and what this week means to The League. Finally Dyl puts together one of his infamous comparisons for the listeners.
Dyl comes back from his well-earned bye weeks and the boys have a lot to catch up on. Wild trades, some good / bad, halfway checkins, and curb corner all instore.
Dyl takes his bye week, leaving Z to host the pod solo with Nick. The boys cover Nick's awesome draft, a lucky matchup break for Z, and their two very sad real life teams before getting the very first Dating Corner on the show!
Dyl and Z are joined by two very special friends of the pod to discuss a wild East Coast trip, a move to Detroit, and some sound and practical new dad advice. Then Z tries a new and improved Blazin' 5 that is still. . . a slow burn.
Sailing down to Indy all the way from Michigan, Dyl and Z are joined by the Brighton Daddy himself, Brady. The boys talk about turning 30, how AR was almost traded, and end with a crazy parent corner.
Dyl and Z get to welcome The League's very own Texan owner, Cody, to the pod where he talks about a potential new outlook for Team Hunt this year. Later on, Dyl and Z go deep in the Word with some Revelation fantasy player comps.
The pod's harshest and most honest critic, JB, joins Dyl and Z to breakdown some absolute early-season chaos. Boys break a record of 4 pods in 4 weeks.
Sweet J joins Dyl and Z for a midweek special before becoming a Dad. Boys cover the draft, recap week 1, try to understand what Thatch has on Dyl, and listen to J share some thoughts from the heart.
Dyl and Z host The League's commissioner to review the draft, check in on the state of The League, and hear about the Big 4 theory. At the end we dive through the first Blazin 5. Sponsored By (unofficially): The US Open and Coco Winning (this is a tennis pod now?)
We're back. . .are we back? 2023 - 2024 season begins.
We're a Formula 1 league now and Dylan + Zach are the most qualified to discuss this development. Also the Way Too Early Power Rankings are officially released.
I haven't listened to the episode yet so I really hope the title is accurate.
Louisville and Fridays go together like two peas in a pod
Week 5 Brought to you by 3 boys playing Overwatch 2 and Dylan
EDIT: This Episode has been digitally altered to reflect the current adjustments made to the league standings. Anyway, like I was saying, shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. There's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.
At long last, JB joins the show to talk through trade reviews and blazing 5. He also gives a semi flimsy and at best questionable explanation of the events that took place on draft night. Idk what to write here anymore these days and I'm not even convinced people read it so it's largely just a waste of everyone's time but mostly my own. I could literally write whatever I want here and it wouldn't matter. They did surgery on a grape. Enjoy week three!
An investigative look into the mysterious events surrounding one of the most infamous events in league history. The return of a former owner, the growth of an association. Part 1/?. Leave no stone unturned, no questions unanswered. Featuring interviews with Thatcher Rouse, & Dylan Mchenry. Like and Subscribe, Episode 2 coming soon
Week 1 recap, Week 2 predictions. I didn't listen to the episode I just popped it into my editing software and exported it. Not great description material.
Week 1 previews, dad corner, wedding metaphors, and more. No guests this week! Maybe next time!
I googled all your symptoms and it says you may have "Internet connectivity problems" Commish joins the pod to review early season trades, and love/hates for every league roster Then things get a bit disjointed.
The pod is joined by the first new member of the league since 2018. A familiar face? Dad Corner is introduced. Pre-draft outlooks.
The results are in. How many rules will change? How many will stay the same? Does this actually improve the league at all? Does it make it worse? Are we doomed to another season of vague rules? What is going to happen next?
The pod is back to chat current league needs, upcoming events, and NBA free agency.
Cody hunt gives us the most detailed breakdown of player value that we've seen so far. The veto process is also discussed in depth.
