Revelation chapters 12-14 pull back the curtain on spiritual warfare, revealing truths that shape our daily existence whether we realize it or not. We encounter a cosmic drama: a woman giving birth to a child destined to rule the nations, a dragon waiting to devour that child, and a war in heaven resulting in Satan's defeat and expulsion. This isn't ancient mythology—it's the unseen reality behind Jesus's birth, death, resurrection, and ascension. The dragon, identified as Satan, the ancient serpent and deceiver, has lost his place as accuser before God's throne. Because of Christ's sacrifice, those who believe in Jesus are declared righteous, leaving Satan with no grounds for accusation. Yet he hasn't surrendered; instead, he's redirected his fury toward us—the offspring of the woman, all who follow Christ. The passage introduces us to counterfeit religion through the imagery of beasts: a counterfeit trinity that mimics Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, demanding worship and marking followers. This is where we discover that Satan's primary weapons are accusation and deception, deployed through counterfeits—taking good gifts God intended for us and twisting them just enough to draw us away from Him. Love becomes lust, work becomes idolatry, and truth becomes almost-truth. The call for us is patient endurance, holding fast to the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, valuing the gospel even above our own lives. There is no neutral ground in this spiritual battle—we're either marked by the Lamb or marked by the beast, living in one story or the other.

We find ourselves in the middle of a cosmic battle that has been raging since the beginning of time, and Revelation 12-14 pulls back the curtain to reveal the origin story of our own lives. This passage shows us a woman clothed with the sun, a dragon waiting to devour her child, and ultimately the birth of the Messiah who defeats Satan not through military might but through sacrificial love. The dragon is cast out of heaven, not because of our strength, but because of Christ's victory on the cross. What makes this so powerful for us today is the realization that we don't fight for victory, we fight from victory. The battle has already been won. When we face accusations, when life feels impossibly hard, when evil seems relentless, we overcome the same way Jesus did: by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony. This isn't just ancient history or future prophecy; this is the reality of our daily existence. We are marked by God, sealed by His Spirit, and no matter what beasts or empires demand our allegiance, we belong to the One who has already crushed the serpent's head. The question becomes: whose mark do we bear? Are we living as practical atheists, trusting in human ingenuity and progress, or are we following the Lamb wherever He goes?

David Belford lives on a 22-acre property that is forested and mountainous, in West Virginia. He's had two Sasquatch sightings and both of them happened while he was on his property. He's also a team member of the WV Case Bigfoot Collective. That's a Sasquatch investigation team that an investigator named Les O'Dell created. Dave has been into Bigfooting for 10 years or more. What sparked his interest in Sasquatch was a documentary he saw that featured Dr. Jeffery Meldrum. When Dave had his first sighting, in June of last year, he was taking his dog, Ted, out at 3 AM. After taking Ted out, Dave randomly glanced up to a hillside that's visible from his backyard and was shocked by what he saw. Bryan is an avid kayaker and camper who lives in Central Iowa. Bryan spends as much of his free time as possible enjoying the great outdoors. Unfortunately, he had an experience, in May or June of 2016, that tarnished his love of being in the great outdoors. When he had that experience, he and 13 of his friends were kayaking down the Middle Racoon River. Some of them were very experienced at kayaking, others were novices. The group was approaching a place in the river that could be dangerous for novice kayakers, so Bryan and his good friend, Mark, decided to paddle ahead so they could stand on a sandbar that would allow them to watch the novices navigate that dangerous stretch of the river. Before Bryan and Mark made it to that sandbar, however, a rock the size of a softball hit the water inches from Mark's kayak. Dublin-born, Cork-based artist Laura Elizabeth Hughes released her debut album Knots & Echoes on October 3. Having started out by uploading Lana Del Rey covers to YouTube, Laura released a steady stream of singles over the years, collaborations with Cian '1000 Beasts' Sweeney and co-wrote one of Ireland's entries to Eurovision. It's all led up to her debut album, a blend of spoken word with folk fused lyricism that showcases her delicate vocal harmonies alongside melodies that shimmer with emotion. Thomas Shay is the founder of the Northern Kentucky Bigfoot Research Group. Tom has been investigating the Sasquatch phenomenon since 1987. That's when he had his first Sasquatch-related experience. You see, in 1987, Tom was heading to see his girlfriend, in Carlton, Kentucky, on US 36, when he had his first sighting. It was 85 degrees out, that day, so Tom was surprised when he saw what he, at first, thought was a man in a fur coat, on the side of the highway. As he got closer, he slowed down to a very slow speed and slowly went past the subject. After creeping by the subject, he felt like he didn't get a good enough look at it, so he turned his car around, parked it on the side of the road, and got out so he could follow the subject down into a field. Moments later, Tom realized that was a poor decision. From that day on, Tom tried to learn all he could about Sasquatch. We can try to frame such disruptions as environmental intervention or through the lens of philosophy or biopolitics, but regardless the animals persist beyond our comprehension in reminding us that we too are part of an animal world. Dusty Ruth is the leader of BFRO expeditions in Ohio. He's also an investigator for the Northern Kentucky Bigfoot Research Group. As you can imagine, Dusty has spent untold hours in the field, on Sasquatch investigations. Of all the experiences he's had, in the field, the 3 sightings he's had are, understandably, the most memorable ones. Dusty had his first sighting in 2019, while he was on an outing with the BFRO, in Ohio. That sighting was the first of two sightings he's had through a thermal vision device, at night. After he had those two sightings, he had a daytime sighting. When he had that daytime sighting, he saw the Sasquatch without the help of any technology. He saw it with his unaided eyes. Tim and Eric Vogel went to see Sasquatch: The Legend of Bigfoot in the winter of 1976, when they were in their teens. Seeing that movie really sparked their interest in Sasquatch. About a month after seeing that movie, during a big snowstorm, something happened one morning that completely set the hook in them, with regards to their interest in the topic. The storm had dropped about 28 inches of snow on the area where Tim and Eric lived, in Western Massachusetts, and when the looked out their window that morning, they saw a horde of people in their driveway. There were Bigfoot investigators, news reporters, and other people out there who were focused on a trail of big tracks that led across their property. It turned out to be a hoax that a kid in their area had been responsible, but the damage was already done. Tim and Eric couldn't get enough of the Bigfoot topic. It should come as no surprise that Tim and Eric decided to become Sasquatch investigators, years later and form Vogel Brothers Sasquatch Investigations. On tonight's show, Tim and Eric are going to share numerous sightings and experiences they've had. Tonight's guest, Kathleen Tedder, had her first Sasquatch sighting when she was 4 years old and over the years, since then, she's had sightings in 7 different states. You see, when Kathy was 4 years old, her family lived in Alaska. One day, back then, she was sitting at the kitchen table, looking out the Dutch door, on the back wall of their kitchen. Suddenly, she saw what her 4-year-old mind identified as being a man-bear eating cherries, from a cherry tree outside. The “man-bear” was brown and about 8 feet tall. Being as young as Kathy was, she decided that her best course of action would be to run out to him and give him a hug. So, she got up and started to run outside to do that. She had made it 3 steps out the door when, suddenly, her father grabbed her by the seat of her pants and pulled her back inside. As her father was pulling her back inside the house, the “man-bear” did something she'll never forget. What it did made a lasting impact on Kathy that she's still moved by to this day. Tonight's guest, Debbie Robinson, had the Sasquatch-related experiences she's going to talk about on tonight's show while she was staying at a remote cabin, in the Hocking Hills, of Ohio. Before she went to the cabin, to celebrate her birthday, her family and friends knew Debbie had always wanted to go to the Hocking Hills and rent a cabin. She had heard so much about the beautiful scenery in the Hocking Hills and all the caves there so, for the longest time, she wanted to go take it all in. To celebrate her birthday in 2020, which was and is on October 31st, her family booked a cabin there that they all could go stay in, Halloween weekend that year, to celebrate Debbie's birthday that year. While it's true that the Hocking Hills are known to have beautiful scenery, caves, and a lot of other great things to offer, they're also known to have a healthy population of Sasquatch living in them.
