Moderately Breaking News! At DragonCon 2019, Brandon Sanderson did a Q&A and a reading from the prologue of Stormlight 4, which is chock-full of some fascinating discoveries. This is only a part of the prologue, but it reveals a whole about the world and Gavilar's intentions (though we'll have to wait for the full reveal in Book 5). Disclaimer: This reading of the prologue hasn't yet been edited for continuity, which should've been mentioned in this episode.
