You don't need a mic to preach. You are the sermon. In this fire-filled message, Pastor Marty drops a prophetic word straight from 2 Corinthians 3—you are a living epistle, not written in ink but by the Spirit of the living God. You're not just carrying glory… you're leaking it. This isn't Old Testament visitation—it's New Testament habitation. That means what came on Moses now lives in you. He calls out the drift—where we wait for the church to bring glory when God's already put it in us. He warns against worshiping personalities, pastors, and platforms instead of walking in your own Spirit-filled identity. And then—boom—a prophetic reminder from Haggai: “The glory of this house will be greater than the former.” This isn't a call to admire revival. It's a call to be revival. So the question isn't can people see God in you. It's: What chapter are they reading when they look at your life?

What we call Jesus reveals how we see Him—and how we see Him shapes everything. In this special family service, Pastor Warren opens with a fun moment with the kids, then leads us into the most important question Jesus ever asked: “But who do you say that I am?” Some called Him a carpenter. Some, a good teacher. Some, a prophet. But none of those were enough. Pastor Warren walks through Scripture to show how people saw Jesus—and how Jesus sees us. God doesn't just call us servants. He calls us Children. He calls us Friends. He calls us More Than Conquerors. This message reminds us that identity is mutual. What you believe about Jesus determines how you live. And what He calls you? Changes everything.

Pride Month is evil, and we must call it what it is. In this episode, we're discussing the spiritual implications of Pride Month, asking hard questions about what it represents—and how believers should respond. We're drawing the connection between pride, identity, and rebellion against God's design for human flourishing. Many Christians feel spiritually drained during this month, and we should. I'm challenging my listeners to love the LGBTQ+ community not with silence or compromise (and certainly not with support) but with truth—the truth that God offers forgiveness, transformation, and eternal life to all who repent and follow Christ. We must hate sin while praying for our enemies. Our culture desperately needs more holiness, conviction, and compassion rooted in the gospel, which is telling those around us the truth.—https://www.thebrandsunday.com/products/the-bible-study-physical?srsltid=AfmBOoqBR_MWE2-fkYXYHCn80nZtEct4ixmRGrXZSrgIn5HP_tBc9Mcy
Today, I'm joined by Cara Meredith, author of the new book Church Camp. We're digging into the ways camp shapes our faith, our friendships, and our sense of who belongs. We get real about the fun memories, but also the uncomfortable parts—who was included, who was left out, and what messages we picked up along the way. Cara and I talk about how camp can turn faith into a checklist—who's in, who's out, who fits and who doesn't. But we also imagine what camp could be if it became a place of real belonging, where every kid was seen and valued, no matter their story. If you've ever looked back on your camp experience with mixed feelings, or wondered how those weeks shaped your view of God and yourself, you'll find something here. This episode is about holding the good and the hard together, asking better questions, and dreaming about what's possible. So join us as we go to camp.A sought-after speaker, writer, and public theologian, Cara Meredith is the author of Church Camp and The Color of Life. Passionate about issues of justice, race, and privilege, Cara holds a master of theology from Fuller Seminary and is a postulant for Holy Orders in the Episcopal Church. With a background in education and nonprofit work, she wears more hats than she probably ought, but mostly just enjoys playing with words, a lot. Her writing has been featured in national media outlets such as The Oregonian, The New York Times, The Living Church, The Christian Century, and Baptist News Global, among others. She lives with her family in Oakland, California.Cara's Book:Church CampCara's Recommendation:Here I AmSubscribe to Our Substack: Shifting CultureConnect with Joshua: jjohnson@allnations.usGo to www.shiftingculturepodcast.com to interact and donate. This week, Pastor Darren continues our Revelation series by exploring chapters 14 and 15, painting a vivid picture of what it means to stand with the Lamb in the end and how that shapes who we are today. In a world full of fear, pressure, and compromise, the call isn't to strive harder or prove yourself. Instead, it's to be marked by Jesus, shaped by His mercy and truth, and transformed into people who reflect His character. Worship isn't just something we do. It's the way God forms us, rewrites our stories, and leads us through the refining fire to live with confidence and purpose in the midst of cultural pressures.

What if everyday moments—like washing dishes or sitting in traffic—could actually connect you to heaven? In this episode, we're diving into what it really means to live into your identity as a beloved son or daughter of God. We'll chat about the baptismal priesthood—not as some abstract theology, but as a real, lived-out calling to be a bridge between heaven and earth. Whether you're changing a diaper or heading into a meeting, worship isn't just for Sunday mornings—it's for every part of your life. I sit down with Fr. Michael Voithofer, and we talk about how worship shifts our focus, heals our hearts, and draws us into God's presence where we can actually rest. You'll hear how starting your day with a posture of poverty of spirit—just being honest about your need for God—can transform the way you live, love, and lead. So grab your coffee, take a breath, and join us as we explore what it looks like to live from a place of sonship, freedom, and joy—bringing God's presence into every moment. Delilah's spirit lurks in the flattery and charm, enticing those destined for greatness. Closing out his Men's Month series, Dr. Gabe warns listeners about the seductive spirit of Delilah, urging them to recognize and guard against anything that distracts from their God-given destiny. With the story of Samson and Delilah as a backdrop, Dr. Powell illuminates how the spirit of Delilah seeks to lead us astray not only through overt temptations but also through subtle flattery and charm. Episode SummaryIn this opening episode of The Believer's Authority series, Dr. Jim Van Gelderen lays the biblical foundation for victorious Christian living. Drawing from Ephesians and Colossians, he explains how every believer is spiritually seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all demonic powers. This critical truth shifts the battlefield and shows young people that victory over the enemy is not only possible—it's already been won.Topics DiscussedTestimony of Pastor Marty Moon's salvation and call to preachThe believer's identification with Christ's death, resurrection, and ascensionWhat it means to be “seated in heavenly places” (Ephesians 2:6)The biblical reality that Satan is already defeated (Colossians 2:14-15)Understanding spiritual authority vs. spiritual powerThe necessity of submission to Christ in exercising His authority (James 4:7)A preview of the next steps: appropriation and actionKey TakeawaysYour spiritual position matters—you are in Christ, seated far above the enemy. You're not fighting for victory; you're fighting from victory.Satan is already defeated at the cross—you don't ask for victory; you claim it.Submission is the gateway to authority—you can only exercise Christ's authority when you're under it.Knowing truth is step one—appropriating and acting on it comes next. "The Door" - Power and Promise Series Journey into the rich world of first-century shepherding to understand one of Jesus's most profound "I AM" statements. Through two distinct types of sheepfolds—city and country—discover how Jesus reveals His role as both our salvation and protection. Key Insights: • The City Sheepfold: Where true sheep recognize their shepherd's voice • The Country Sheepfold: Where the shepherd becomes the door • Why sheep respond only to their shepherd's unique call • How Jesus positions Himself between us and every danger • The difference between religious activity and true relationship Scripture Focus: John 10:1-10 (https://www.bible.com/bible/111/JHN.10.NIV) "I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture." Learn why sheep recognize their shepherd's voice and how this metaphor reveals three truths: Jesus as the only way to God, his promise of protection, and his path to fulfillment. Understanding how shepherds became living doors by laying down in the gateway illuminates Jesus's role between us and danger. This message challenges believers to examine whose voice they follow and whether they've entered through the one door that leads to abundant life. In this episode, Niall asks whether it's regretful that Catholic traditions and customs are fading in Ireland while Islam appears to be on the rise. Even for those who aren't religious, have we lost something culturally significant as church attendance falls and Catholic feasts and festivals lose prominence? Some callers argue that religion, in any form, often leads to division. They celebrate the decline of Catholicism as a sign of progress and question whether Islam truly aligns with Ireland's cultural values. For them, the modern era should focus on rational thought rather than religious traditions.Others express sadness about the waning influence of Catholic customs and festivals. They see these traditions as an integral part of Ireland's heritage—bonding communities through shared feasts, saints' days, and even Sunday Mass. While not necessarily devout themselves, they lament losing a collective identity tied to Catholic roots, regardless of other faiths gaining traction.Niall concludes by reflecting on the changing spiritual landscape and what it means for Ireland's cultural identity. Listeners are left to ponder whether the decline of Catholicism is a natural evolution or a loss of invaluable heritage.

The speakers shared their stories of real-life spiritual resistance.Spiritual warfare isn't just an internal battle. It can affect your daily life and your real-world interactions — that's why the faithful need to stay vigilant and spiritually equipped. There are several unseen forces that impact the world and society at large.Blurry Con wasn't without its own strange happenings, such as a sudden power outage during the discussion on spiritual warfare.[12:27] Education and Moral Standards in SocietySchool curricula have changed over the years, making it important for us to scrutinize what our children are learning.Young minds are now able to see different perspectives and learn from different cultural influences instead of being locked to a single viewpoint.A broader education will have a significant effect on younger generations. It's still valuable to have a strong, faith-based identity. In the nineteenth episode of "Identity Theft," Duane Sheriff teaches how our spiritual identity can be stolen, manipulated, or misunderstood, leading to a life that does not reflect the true potential God has planned for each individual. Spiritual identity theft occurs when individuals allow negative influences, such as peer pressure, societal expectations, and personal failures, to define who they are. According to the Bible, each person is uniquely created in the image of God and endowed with specific gifts and purposes. Ephesians 2:10 states that we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works. Jeremiah 29:11 assures believers of God's plan for their future, filled with hope and purpose. Reclaim your spiritual identity by immersing yourself in God's word, seeking a supportive Christian community, and engaging in regular prayer. By doing so, you can counteract the negative influences trying to steal your spiritual identity and instead live a life that is true to God's design.

Rev. Mo is an interfaith minister, meditation teacher, and trained clairvoyant. Mo also intentionally goes by another name, Hilal, the story of which he shares in the episode. Mo is Palestinian Bahraini, and we talk about his experience navigating his layered identity, from his grandparents having been displaced in 1948 to continually being in a constant state of immigration and exile. This is a spiritually uplifting conversation, with Mo encouraging us all to trust our inherent intuitive abilities while recognizing the dichotomy of our very existence as spirit in body. It's an ongoing loop of tension but Mo reminds us that the more we decolonize our hearts and our minds, the clearer our actions will become in order to liberate ourselves and each other. As a bonus, I will be booking a reading with Mo soon and I will share parts of it on my Patreon to give you a glimpse of his work as a clairvoyant. In the meantime, please enjoy the celestial human that is — Mo. Mo's IG Hilal's IG Book a reading Leah's IG

Who are you? What is your identity? Society is focused on 'me' and the identities we take on; wife, husband, child, parent, republican, democrat, student, tall, short and so on. We take on many roles and identities in life, but the primary question is at my core, who am I? If you've been saved by God then you are a child of the king, a new creation, a friend of Christ, an heir of the kingdom. We must have this be at the core of who we are and layer our other duties and identities on this base. However, for those who do not know Him, the scriptures tells us we are the enemy of God. Do you know who you are? Does the the world know who you are by the way you act?
