Grief can sneak up on you.  All of our experiences shape us towards who we are as people today. It can be painful, but it can often be a blessing.  Don't make grief an identity where you get stuck in a cloud of misery.  If you're in hell right now, keep going.  Payton shares her advice on ways to manage and work with the grief you are experiencing.  You are way more than the sum of all your grief experiences. While in recovery two of the nurses there in her surgery were led to the Lord and accepted Jesus after seeing the golden liquid inside of her.
