Jest tłumaczką i wydawcą pierwszych książek na temat metody Buteyko w Polsce pt. „Zamknij usta” oraz „Spokojny oddech, spokojny umysł” P. McKeown. Członek BPI- Buteyko Professionals International. Anna zajmuje się również aerial jogą, mindfulness, partner jogą, thai yoga massage oraz gimnastyką cyrkową. Prowadziła zajęcia i warsztaty w wielu krajach, między innymi w Polsce, Irlandii, Hiszpanii i Kambodży. Zaprasza na grupowe i indywidualne treningi oddechowe, które łączą w sobie metodę Buteyko z pranajamą (jogicznymi praktykami oddechowymi), praktyką uważności oraz relaksacją.
