A very dark, sad, and tragic week in America. Started the week reviewing the horrific murder of a young Ukrainian female refugee on a Charlotte light rail, to the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk. It was a rough week for the conservative movement, but in reality, it was a rough week for America period. The Conservative Circus did the best to navigate through the emotional roller coaster of this week.

Nicelle Davis is a California poet, collaborator, and performance artist. The fire broke out Sunday evening on Eastwood Drive. Neighbors called 911, reporting flames in the garage and smoke pouring from the crawlspace. They said the woman was trapped inside. Firefighters found her on the first floor, rushed her out to paramedics, but she passed away shortly after reaching the hospital. The fire started in the garage, though the cause remains unknown. Power lines were down, flames had spread fast, and by the time crews arrived, the garage was engulfed. STORY 5: State floating new rules for data centers The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is shaking things up with new rules to restart reviews of data center projects. Why the pause? Back in July, they hit the brakes after environmental advocates raised red flags, saying these massive facilities—huge energy and water guzzlers—weren’t being scrutinized enough. The proposed rules?
