Henrico Police are investigating a death as a homicide after officers found a man's body the morning of Oct. 6 in the 700 block of Queens Crosse Court at the Kings Crossing apartment complex, off Patterson Avenue near Gaskins Road. Police responded to the scene at 10:02 a.m. after receiving a report of a suspicious death. When they arrived, they found the body of a 20-year-old man, later identified as Angelo Barry Ramirez, of Henrico. Police have not released any information about a possible suspect. Henrico Police have asked for help identifying a gunman seen on video stealing a package from outside a Henrico County home. The theft was reported on Sept. 24 along the 300 block of O'Brien Road near Henrico High School. "Officers spoke with the caller who said their package was stolen from their front porch earlier in the day," a Henrico Police spokesperson posted on social media. Henrico Police officials are asking for the public's help to find a man (pictured above) who they are calling a person of interest in several vehicle break-ins and the report of a stolen auto in the Rocketts Landing area. The thefts occurred between Sept. 13 and Sept. 21 in the area of Old Main Street. In addition to the stolen vehicle, multiple victims reported that cash and personal items were stolen from their vehicles, according to police. Henrico Police officials have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection to the shooting death of a 30-year-old man Sunday in Highland Springs. Troy Vincent Charran Jr. has been charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the shooting death of James Lawitz of Henrico. A family is mourning the loss of a beloved teenager who was struck and killed by a driver while walking home from work Sunday evening in Henrico County. Nathaniel Clark, a 15-year-old sophomore at Hermitage High School, was crossing Staples Mill Road near Hungary Springs Road around 8 p.m. Sept. 8 when he was struck by a westbound car. The crash was reported Sept. 8 at about 8:06 p.m. on Staples Mill Road near Hungary Spring Road. When police arrived, they found the teen with obvious signs of trauma. The victim of a homicide in Northern Henrico has been identified as a 25-year-old Maryland man. Henrico Police found Timothy Dylan Farley dead inside of a vehicle in the Brook Run shopping center in the 5700 block of Brook Road Sept. 6 just before 4:30 p.m. Police responded following reports of gunshots. Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a car in a parking lot in Henrico County Friday afternoon. Officers were called to the 5700 block of Brook Road, which is the address for the Brook Run Shopping Center, for a report of a shooting just before 4:340 p.m., according to Lt. A 15-year-old Goochland girl reported missing from Short Pump in July has been found safe, according to Henrico Police. Alaina Hendricks went missing in the 11300 block of West Broad Street July 18 with another Goochland teen, 17-year-old Hailey Yost. Yost later was found safe Aug. 20. Police did not provide details about where or how either girl had been located. A two-year-old girl wandered away from her home Thursday night into eastbound traffic on Staples Mill Road, where she was struck by a passing vehicle, according to Henrico Police. A man riding a tricycle in Highland Springs just before 10 p.m. Aug. 27 was killed when he was struck by a pick-up truck, according to Henrico Police. Warren Wilson Davis II, 56, of Henrico, was riding the tricycle east on Nine Mile Road when he was struck by the truck, which was traveling the same direction, near the intersection of Nine Mile and Hart Street. A 72-year-old man from Hanover County died just after midnight Saturday in a two-vehicle crash on Mechanicsville Turnpike, according to Henrico Police. The crash occurred at around 12:06 a.m. near Springdale Road. A preliminary investigation indicated that Billy Chestnut was driving a moped that became disabled while it was traveling north on Mechanicsville Turnpike. A sedan, also traveling north, approached the moped from behind and changed lanes in an attempt to avoid another slow-moving vehicle but instead struck the moped and Chestnut, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The Henrico County Police Division has identified a person of interest in connection with a double-homicide that occurred in March. Xavier Perkins, 36, is wanted in connection with the March 29 shootings inside a business in the 900 block of Nine Mile Road and also is wanted by Richmond Police on unrelated charges. Henrico Police have identified the woman killed in a crash in the West End Aug. 19 as 22-year-old Retika Haider of Henrico. The crash also sent a boy of elementary school age to the hospital with critical injuries. The crash was reported shortly after 5 p.m. Monday in the 4000 block of Wistar Road. Henrico Police have identified the 42-year-old man who was killed Sunday afternoon when an oak tree fell on his pickup truck during a storm as Peter Lottman of Henrico. Officers responded to the 800 block of Maybeury Drive in Henrico at about 4:48 p.m. for the report of a fallen tree that had crashed onto a pickup truck. A man was killed Sunday afternoon when a storm caused a large tree to crash down on top of his car in Henrico's West End, according to Henrico Police.
