NASCAR is headed back to Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend and so are the gamblers looking to cash in on what we learned the first time. This time we've got some extra help with us, as RJ Starcevic from NASCAR Report on Instagram (@NASCARreport) and Co-Host of "The Drivers Meeting" podcast, jumps on to talk all things Atlanta.
