「一面「銀世界」に…札幌市では今年初の積雪で“冬の風物詩”「ササラ電車」初出動　代々木にも“雪”?「東京雪祭」で子どもたち大喜び！」　8日朝は全国的に冷え込みが強まり、北海道・札幌市では2025年初めて雪が積もりました。路面電車の線路を除雪する「ササラ電車」も2024年より11日も早く今シーズン初出動しています。8日午前5時前の札幌市の映像からは、一面の銀世界が広がっている様子が確認できます。今シーズン初めて雪が積もり、一時12cmの積雪を観測しました。札幌の冬の風物詩「ササラ電車」も今シーズン初めて出動し、竹でできたブラシで路面電車の線路の上に積もった雪を勢いよくかき分けていきました。市内では雪かきをする人も見られ「いきなりなのでびっくりです。雪の道具を出す暇もなく降ったのでヒザにきますね」と話しました。8日の札幌市は、最低気温が今シーズン最も低い氷点下2.1度、最高気温も1.9度と真冬のような寒さになりました。季節が秋から冬へと移ろいつつある中、札幌のランドマークのテレビ塔では展望台まで階段を駆け上がるレース「さぽっろテレビ塔階段レース TEPPEN」が開かれ、男女200人以上が参加し、456段の階段を上りタイムを競いました。息も絶え絶えでゴールした人は「3分45秒くらいでした、自分のペースでいきました。しゃべれない…」と話しました。一方、東京の代々木公園では「東京雪祭2025」が開催され、イベントのため約15トンの氷を使って作った雪で雪遊びをする子供たちの姿が見られました。子供たちは雪を触って遊んだり、そりで滑って楽しみ、会場ではスノーボーダーによる技も披露されました。参加した子供は「楽しかった。すごく速かった」「最初はドキドキしたけどあとは楽しかった」などと話しました。献血や骨髄バンクを知るきっかけにと開催されたこのイベントは9日も開かれます。福井市では地元のソウルフード・油揚げをPRする「あげフェス2025」が始まりました。会場には16のブースが並び、揚げたての油揚げに薬味を乗せたものや、串焼き、おでんなどが販売されました。
